ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಜೂನ್,20,2021(www.justkannada.in): ವ್ಯಾಸಂಗ ಅಥವಾ ಉದ್ಯೋಗದ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ವಿದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರಳುವವರಿಗೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಸೆಂಟ್ರಲ್‌ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೇ 22ರಿಂದ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಹಾಕಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಪಡೆ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಾ.ಸಿ.ಎನ್.ಅಶ್ವತ್ಥನಾರಾಯಣ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಟೊಕಿಯೋದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುವ ಒಲಿಂಪಿಕ್‌ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಕೂಟಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರಳುವ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಪಟುಗಳು ಸೇರಿ ವಿದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ವ್ಯಾಸಂಗ- ಉದ್ಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರಳುವ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂದು ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು. ಮಂಗಳವಾರ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 10.30ಗಂಟೆಯಿಂದ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಈ ಮೊದಲೇ ಸೆಂಟ್ರಲ್‌ ಕಾಲೇಜ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರಳುವ 1,500ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ/ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೊದಲ ಡೋಸ್‌ ಕೊಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಅಶ್ವಥ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ್ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾದ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಅಶ್ವಥ್ ನಾರಯಣ್ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಿಷ್ಟು..
ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯ 8 ವಲಯಗಳ ಆಯುಕ್ತರನ್ನು ‘ಸಮರ್ಥ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ’ (competent authority) ಗಳನ್ನಾಗಿ ನೇಮಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂರ್ವ ವಲಯದ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯನ್ನು ‘ಸಮರ್ಥ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ’ ಎಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಈ ವರ್ಗದ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರಕಾರದ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಯಂತೆ 28 ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲೇ ಎರಡನೇ ಡೋಸ್‌ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
ಲಸಿಕೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವ ಅರ್ಹ ಲಸಿಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಘೋಷಣಾ ಪತ್ರ ಸೇರಿ ಇತರೆ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆದ ದೃಢೀಕರಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣೇ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪ್‌ಲೋಡ್‌ ಮಾಡಿಸಬೇಕು.
ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಮೊದಲ ಡೋಸ್‌ ಪಡೆದಿರುವವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪಾಸ್‌ಪೋರ್ಟ್‌ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ದಾಖಲು ಮಾಡಿರದಿದ್ದರೆ ಎರಡನೇ ಡೋಸ್‌ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಬರುವಾಗ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು.

Vaccination for students/employees going abroad and Tokyo Olympics bound sportspersons
Drive to start from June 22
Bengaluru: Vaccination drive for students and employees who are set to abroad for studies/ work, and sportspersons who will be traveling to Tokyo for the Olympics will start from June 22 (Tuesday) at City University Campus, DyCM& State Covid task force head, Dr.C.N.Ashwatha Narayana, stated on Saturday.
East zone Health Officer had been identified as the competent authority within the BBMP limits and the second dose for the above groups will be given for those who have completed 28 days after receiving the first dose of vaccine, he informed.
The competent authority is entrusted to verify the documents of those who come to get jabbed. He will also examine the information received from the beneficiaries in the Self Declaration Certificate Form, Annexure-4, and issue the validation letters. This validation certificate needs to be uploaded to the CoWin portal to get vaccinated, Narayana Explained.
The beneficiaries who had not provided their passport number while receiving the first dose of vaccination should submit vaccination declaration through Annexure- 5 to get inoculated the second dose, he informed.
This is the second such drive being arranged for the students and workers going abroad. Earlier, when the first drive was conducted at the same venue during the first week of June around 1500 people got jabbed.
