ಮೈಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ಜತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಚಿವ ಎಸ್.ಟಿ ಸೋಮಶೇಖರ್, ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಇತ್ತು. ಮತ್ತೆ ಅಧಿವೇಶನ ಕೂಡ ಇತ್ತು. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕಟವಾಗುವುದು ತಡವಾಗಿದೆ. ನಾಳೆ ಅಥವಾ ನಾಳಿದ್ದು, ಘೋಷಣೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದರು
ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಜತೆ ಮೈತ್ರಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟನೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಸಚಿವ ಎಸ್.ಟಿ ಸೋಮಶೇಖರ್, ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಜೊತೆ ಹೋಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನವರು ರಿಜೆಕ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ನಾವು ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ನವರನ್ನ ಅಕ್ಸೆಪ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಮೈಮುಲ್ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರನ್ನ ಕಣಕ್ಕಿಳಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಕೋರ್ ಕಮಿಟಿ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೆ. ಇನ್ನೂ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್, ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ ನಂತರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೀತಿಯ ಸಿದ್ದತೆಗಳನ್ನ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಸದ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಇದೆ. ಮೈಸೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿ ಏನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುವುದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಪಕ್ಷದವರ ಜೊತೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಭೆ ಕರೆದಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಎಸ್.ಟಿ ಸೋಮಶೇಖರ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

Mysuru, Feb.08, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): Minister for Cooperation and Mysuru District In-charge Minister S.T. Somashekar today informed that the reservation category for the Mayor and Deputy Mayor posts in Mysuru will be announced tomorrow or day after.
Speaking to the presspersons in Mysuru today he explained that there was a little confusion regarding the reservation and also the Assembly session was going on. Hence, there has been a little delay in announcing the reservation. It will be announced in a day or two.
In his reply about the possibility of a coalition with the JDS, he said the Congress party has clarified that there will be no coalition with JDS. “But we are ready to accept it.”
