ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 22,2020(www.justkannada.in): ರಾಜ್ಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಟುಂಬ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ವಿವಿಧ ವೃಂದಗಳ ತಜ್ಞ ವೈದ್ಯರು, ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ವೈದ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ದಂತ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಭತ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಿಸಿ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಕೆ.ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ವೈದ್ಯರಿಗೆ ತ್ವರಿತವಾಗಿ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ವೈದ್ಯರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಭವಿಷ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಯುವ ವೈದ್ಯರು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಲು ತಜ್ಞ ವೈದ್ಯರು, ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ವೈದ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿ & ದಂತ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ 2020 ರ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 1 ರಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಭತ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ 2015 ರಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಭತ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. 0-6 ವರ್ಷ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಎಂಬಿಬಿಎಎಸ್/ಬಿಡಿಎಸ್ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಇರುವವರಿಗೆ ಮಾಸಿಕ 21,000 ರೂ.ನಿಂದ 30,500 ರೂ., ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ಪದವಿ/ಡಿಪ್ಲೊಮಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಇರುವವರಿಗೆ ಮಾಸಿಕ 42,600 ರೂ.ನಿಂದ 55,500 ರೂ., ಸೂಪರ್ ಸ್ಪೆಷಾಲಿಟಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಇರುವವರಿಗೆ ಮಾಸಿಕ 50,800 ರೂ.ನಿಂದ 64,500 ರೂ.ಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
6-13 ವರ್ಷ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಎಂಬಿಬಿಎಸ್/ಬಿಡಿಎಸ್ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಹೊಂದಿದವರಿಗೆ ಮಾಸಿಕ 22,000 ರೂ.ನಿಂದ 37,500 ರೂ., ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ಪದವಿ/ಡಿಪ್ಲೊಮಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಇರುವವರಿಗೆ ಮಾಸಿಕ 43,700 ರೂ.ನಿಂದ 64,500 ರೂ., ಸೂಪರ್ ಸ್ಪೆಷಾಲಿಟಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಇರುವವರಿಗೆ ಮಾಸಿಕ 52,100 ರೂ.ನಿಂದ 73,500 ರೂ.ಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
13-20 ವರ್ಷ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಎಂಬಿಬಿಎಸ್/ಬಿಡಿಎಸ್ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಹೊಂದಿದವರಿಗೆ ಮಾಸಿಕ 23,000 ರೂ.ನಿಂದ 44,500 ರೂ., ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ಪದವಿ/ಡಿಪ್ಲೊಮಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಇರುವವರಿಗೆ ಮಾಸಿಕ 44,800 ರೂ.ನಿಂದ 73,500 ರೂ., ಸೂಪರ್ ಸ್ಪೆಷಾಲಿಟಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಇರುವವರಿಗೆ ಮಾಸಿಕ 58,400 ರೂ.ನಿಂದ 83,500 ರೂ.ಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
20-25 ವರ್ಷ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಎಂಬಿಬಿಎಸ್/ಬಿಡಿಎಸ್ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಹೊಂದಿದವರಿಗೆ ಮಾಸಿಕ 23,000 ರೂ.ನಿಂದ 52,500 ರೂ., ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ಪದವಿ/ಡಿಪ್ಲೊಮಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಇರುವವರಿಗೆ ಮಾಸಿಕ 44,800 ರೂ.ನಿಂದ 83,500 ರೂ., ಸೂಪರ್ ಸ್ಪೆಷಾಲಿಟಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಇರುವವರಿಗೆ ಮಾಸಿಕ 58,400 ರೂ.ನಿಂದ 93,500 ರೂ.ಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
25 ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ವರ್ಷ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಎಂಬಿಬಿಎಸ್/ಬಿಡಿಎಸ್ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಹೊಂದಿದವರಿಗೆ ಮಾಸಿಕ 23,000 ರೂ.ನಿಂದ 60,500 ರೂ., ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ಪದವಿ/ಡಿಪ್ಲೊಮಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಇರುವವರಿಗೆ ಮಾಸಿಕ 44,800 ರೂ.ನಿಂದ 93,500 ರೂ., ಸೂಪರ್ ಸ್ಪೆಷಾಲಿಟಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಇರುವವರಿಗೆ ಮಾಸಿಕ 58,400 ರೂ.ನಿಂದ 1,03,500 ರೂ.ಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವೈದ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಸಂಘವು ಸಿಜಿಎಚ್ ಸಿ ಮಾದರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭತ್ಯೆ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಕೋರಿತ್ತು. ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಕೆ.ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಅವರು ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದರು.

Revised Special allowance for government doctors and dentists: Health & Medical Education Minister Dr.K.Sudhakar responds promptly to doctors demands
Bengaluru – December 22: Good news for Specialist doctors, medical officers and dentists working under Karnataka health department. Government has revised their special allowance with effect from September 1, 2020. The decision came after prompt and timely response by the Health & Medical Education Minister Dr.K.Sudhakar.
The special allowance was revised in 2015 earlier. The special allowance for MBBS/BDS grads with 0-6 years experience has been increased from Rs.21,000/- to Rs. 30,500/-. Allowance for those with PG degree/Diploma has been raised from Rs.42,600/- to Rs.55,500/-. Allowance of super specialty doctors has been increased from 50,800/- to Rs.64,500/-
Details of increased special allowance for those with 6-13 years of experience are as follows:
MBBS/BDS – Rs.22,000/- to Rs.37,500/-
PG/Diploma grads – Rs.43,700/- to Rs.64,500/-
Super Specialty doctors – Rs.52,100/- to Rs.73,500/-
Details of increased special allowance for those with 13-20 years of experience are as follows:
MBBS/BDS – Rs.23,000/- to Rs.44,500/-
PG/Diploma grads – Rs.44,800/- to Rs.73,500/-
Super Specialty doctors – Rs.58,400/- to Rs.83,500/-
Details of increased special allowance for those with more than 25 years of experience are as follows:
MBBS/BDS – Rs.23,000/- to Rs.60,500/-
PG/Diploma grads – Rs.44,800/- to Rs.93,500/-
Super Specialty doctors – Rs.58,400/- to Rs.1,03,500/-
Karnataka Medical Officers Association had submitted a memorandum to revise special allowance as per CGHC model. Minister Sudhakar held a meeting with department officials to discuss the demands of the doctors and agreed take up their demand with finance department.
In his tweet Dr.Sudhakar said that, In recognition the service of doctors during pandemic and to encourage young doctors to take up rural service in the future, the special allowances of specialist doctors, general duty doctors and dental doctors serving under Health and Family Welfare department have been revised effective from 1st September 2020.
