Mysuru, November 23, 2022 (www.justkannada.in): The Mysuru District POCSO Special Court has imposed 43 years of rigorous imprisonment, with an Rs. 50,000 fine against the criminal who raped a minor girl.
The Special Court Hon’ble Judge Shyma Kamroz gave the judgment to the criminal who is basically from Bihar. Public Prosecutor K.B. Jayanthi argued on behalf of the victim.
The accused had raped a 10-year-old girl in 2021, at a farmhouse on T.Narsipura road in Mysuru. A case was registered at the Mysuru Rural Women’s Police Station.
