‘I am not scared of Cong. protest’- won’t resign? Minister K.S. Ehswarappa

Bengaluru, February 17, 2022 (www.justkannada.in): “I won’t budge or I won’t resign from my post from the protest by the Congresspeople,” opined Rural Development Minister K.S. Eshwarappa.
Speaking to the media persons about the protests against him by the Congress leaders in the assembly the Minister said, “I won’t get distracted by D.K. Shivakumar’s tricks. Congress has used the national flag for its politics. I have not looted money and gone to jail like him. It is the Congress party people who have insulted the tricolor, D.K. Shivakumar has insulted it. I will raise this issue in the assembly.”
“I have not insulted the national flag anywhere. I am a patriot. I have a lot of respect for our national flag. Why should I resign if they demand? Let them protest or do whatever they want, I won’t budge,” he added.
