District Administration all set for Mysuru-Chamarajanagara MLC election: 393 voting booths established

Mysuru, December 9, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): The District Administration is all set for the Mysuru-Chamarajanagara legislative council elections to be held tomorrow.
About 393 booths have been established (Mysuru-259, Ch’Nagar-134), and 1809 persons have been put on duty. The election mustering will be held today. The mustering works will be held at Nanjangud, T.Narasipura, Hunsur, Periyapatna, H.D. Kote, Sarguru, K.R. Nagar, Mysuru taluk offices.
Sec. 144 has been implemented across the district, and also sale of alcohol, and conducting fairs and public programs have been restricted. Police bandobast has been made for smooth conduct of the voting. A strong room has been built at the Maharani College in Paduvarahalli, Mysuru. Voting for 25 constituencies will be held tomorrow and the results will be announced on December 14.
