ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 30, 2020 : (www.justkannada.in news ) ಮೇ 4 ರ ನಂತರ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿಯವರಿಂದ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳ ಪುನರಾರಂಭಕ್ಕೆ ಕುರಿತ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಅದರಂತೆ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪುನರಾರಂಭಿಸಲು ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಿ.ಎಸ್. ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೋದ್ಯಮಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಅವರು ಇಂದು ಗೃಹ ಕಚೇರಿ ಕೃಷ್ಣಾದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪುನರಾರಂಭಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಿಧ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯೋದ್ಯಮ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದರು. ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳನ್ನು, ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳು, ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ 19 ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
ಅವರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಲಿಸಿದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು, ಕಳೆದ ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೋದ್ಯಮಿಗಳೂ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಿರುವುದು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಅರಿವಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆಗಳ ಮಾಲೀಕರು, ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ ವೇತನವನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪದೆ ಪಾವತಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರು/ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆಗೆ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾಸ್ಕ್ ಧಾರಣೆ, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಅಂತರ ಮತ್ತಿತರ ಮುಂಜಾಗ್ರತಾ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದರು.
ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಹಸಿರು ವಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮೇ 4 ರ ನಂತರ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಬರುವ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಗಳ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಯನ್ವಯ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ನಿಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸಹಾನುಭೂತಿಯಿಂದ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಲಿದೆ. ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿ, ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಇತಿ ಮಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದಷ್ಟು ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಯಂತೆ, ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆ ಮಾಲೀಕರು, ಕೆಲಸಗಾರರ ದುಡಿಮೆಯ ಅವಧಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳಕ್ಕೆ ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಿಂದ ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಸಚಿವ ಜಗದೀಶ ಶೆಟ್ಟರ, ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಸಚಿವ ಅರಬೈಲ್ ಶಿವರಾಮ ಹೆಬ್ಬಾರ್, ಎಫ್ ಕೆ ಸಿ ಸಿ ಐ, ಸಣ್ಣ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳ ಸಂಘ, ಫಿಕ್ಕಿ, ಸಿಐಐ, ಅವೇಕ್, ಅಸೋಚಾಂ, ಬಿಸಿಐಸಿ, ಮಹಿಳಾ ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟ ಮತ್ತಿತರ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

Resuming economic activities: CM holds meeting with Industrialists
Bengaluru, April 30. Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa conducted a meeting with members of various associations of commerce and industries and suggested to be prepared to resume industrial operations, as the state Government is expecting further guidelines for resuming industrial operations after 4th May.
During the meeting, the members of various associations, complimented Chief Minister for effectively containing covid 19 in the State and expressed their opinions and suggestions. After giving a patient hearing to their grievances Chief Minister said that Government is aware of the problems, industrialists are facing. Despite that, he appealed to the industrialists to pay wages/ salaries to the employees.
He asked them to take all precautionary measures for the safety of the employees in the factory premises and wearing mask and maintaining hygiene and social distance must be mandatorily followed, he said.
Government has already permitted for the resuming of industries in green zones. Guidelines from Union Government is awaited for steps to be taken after 4th May and Government will act accordingly, he said.
Chief Minister assured that Government will consider their demands compassionately and discuss with officers and respond positively keeping in mind, the constraints of the Government. During the meeting, it was clarified that, Labor department is providing permission ot factory owners regading extension of working hours.
Industries Minister Jagadish Shettar, Labour Minister Arabail Shivarama Hebbar, representatives of FKCCI, KASSIA, FICCI, CII, AWAKE, ASSOCHAM, BCIC, Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs and other organisations were present in the meeting
