ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಡಿಕೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಗೆ ಸಿಬಿಐ ಮತ್ತೆ ಇದೀಗ ಶಾಕ್ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ನವೆಂಬರ್ 25 ರಂದು ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವಂತೆ ಸಮನ್ಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದೆ. ಅಕ್ರಮ ಹಣ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 5ರಂದು ಸಿಬಿಐ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಡಿಕೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ನಿವಾಸ, ಕಚೇರಿಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದರು.
ಇದೀಗ ಸಿಬಿಐ ದಾಳಿಯ ಬಳಿಕ ಇದೇ ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಸಿಬಿಐ ಡಿಕೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವಂತೆ ಸಮನ್ಸ್ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿರುವ ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಡಿಕೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಸಿಬಿಐ ನಿಂದ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವಂತೆ ನವೆಂಬರ್ 19 ರಂದು ನೋಟೀಸ್ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ನವೆಂಬರ್ 23ಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರವಾಸದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ ನ.25 ರಂದು ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಿಬಿಐ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಬಳಿ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

CBI summons KPCC President D.K. Shivakumar for inquiry
Bengaluru, Nov. 21, 2020 (www.justkannada.in): The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has summoned KPCC President D.K. Shivakumar for an inquiry with respect to the alleged illegal money transfer case, on November 23.
It can be recalled here that the sleuths of CBI had raided the residence and offices of D.K. Shivakumar on October 5. In his response, D.K. Shivakumar has said that he had received the notice on November 19 and he has requested the officials concerned to provide him time to attend the trial on November 25, as he is on a district tour.
