ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಜು, 28,2020(www.justkannada.in): ಎರಡು ದಶಕಗಳ ಕನಸಾಗಿದ್ದ, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಬಯೋ ಟೆಕ್ನಾಲಜಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ನಿರ್ಣಾಯಕ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡಬಲ್ಲ ’ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಲೈಫ್ ಸೈನ್ಸೆಸ್ ಪಾರ್ಕ್’ಗೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಿ.ಎಸ್. ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಬುಧವಾರ ( ಜುಲೈ 29) ಅಡಿಗಲ್ಲು ಹಾಕಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಐಟಿ-ಬಿಟಿ ಸಚಿವರೂ ಆಗಿರುವ ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಾ. ಸಿ.ಎನ್. ಅಶ್ವತ್ಥನಾರಾಯಣ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂಗಳವಾರ ಆನ್’ಲೈನ್ ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಅಶ್ವಥ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ್,  ಸುಮಾರು 5,000 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಹೂಡಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಲೆ ಎತ್ತಲಿರುವ ಈ ಲೈಫ್ ಸೈನ್ಸೆಸ್ ಪಾರ್ಕಿನಿಂದ ದೇಶದ ಬಿಟಿ ರಾಜಧಾನಿ ಎಂದು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಹೆಗ್ಗಳಿಕೆ ಪಡೆದಿರುವ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರದ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಲಿದೆ. ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಜಾಗತಿಕವಾಗಿಯೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಬಯೋ ಟೆಕ್ನಾಲಜಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ನಿರ್ಣಾಯಕವಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್ ಸಿಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಬುಧವಾರ ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ 9.30 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಭೂಮಿಪೂಜೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿದ್ದು, ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳ ಜತೆಗೆ ಬಯೋಕಾನ್ ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥೆ ಕಿರಣ್ ಮಜುಂದಾರ್ ಷಾ, ಸರಕಾರದ ಹಿರಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಅಶ್ವಥ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ್ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ವಿಷನ್ ಗ್ರೂಪ್ ನೀಡಿದ್ದ ಸಲಹೆ:

ಡಾ. ಕಿರಣ್ ಮಜುಂದಾರ್ ಶಾ ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ 2000ರಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಯೋಟೆಕ್ನಾಲಜಿಯ ವಿಷನ್ ಗ್ರೂಪ್ ರಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ನಡುವಿನ ಅಂತರವನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜೈವಿಕ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಪರಿಸರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ವೇಗಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಮುಂದಿನ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಜಂಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ’ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಲೈಫ್ ಸೈನ್ಸೆಸ್ ಪಾರ್ಕ್’ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಅದರಂತೆ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಟಿತ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಅಡಿಗಲ್ಲು ಹಾಕಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಅಶ್ವಥ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಪ್ರಸಕ್ತ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜೈವಿಕ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನವು ಬಹಳ ವೇಗವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆಯಲ್ಲದೆ, ಮಾನವ ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಆರೋಗ್ಯ, ಕೃಷಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದು ನಿರ್ಣಾಯಕ ಪತ್ರ ಪೋಷಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಕೋವಿಡ್-19 ನಂತರದ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂತಹ ಮಾರಣಾಂತಕ ವೈರಸ್’ಗಳ ಸವಾಲು ಎದುರಾದರೆ ಜೈವಿಕ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದಿಂದಲೇ ಅದೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಹಿಮ್ಮೆಟ್ಟಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಆ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮುಂದಿನ ಸವಾಲುಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಜ್ಜಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ, ಈಗ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿರುವ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಲೈಫ್ ಸೈನ್ಸೆಸ್ ಪಾರ್ಕ್ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಪಾತ್ರ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅಶ್ವಥ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ್ ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರೇ ಲೀಡರ್….

ಈಗಾಗಾಲೇ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಜೈವಿಕ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪಾರ ಸಂಶೋಧನೆಗಳು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಆ ರೀತಿಯ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಬೇಸ್ ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಅದನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಎತ್ತರಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಸದ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಬಿಟಿ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಏಷ್ಯಾ ಖಂಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ. 9ರಷ್ಟು ಹಾಗೂ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲೇ ಶೇ. 35ರಷ್ಟು ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆ ಪಾಲು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ಜತೆಗೆ, ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ 380 ಜೈವಿಕ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ 200ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟಪ್’ಗಳು ಇವೆ. ಈ 30 ಸರಕಾರಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಇದೇ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಇವೆಲ್ಲ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಟಿತ ಹಾಗೂ ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಖ್ಯಾತಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವಂತವುಗಳಾಗಿವೆ. ಇವುಗಳ ಜೆತೆಗೆ ಲೈಫ್ ಸೈನ್ಸೆಸ್ ಪಾರ್ಕ್ ಕೂಡ ಸೇರುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಈ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಬಲ ಬಂದಂತೆ ಆಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಅಶ್ವಥ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ್ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟರು.

ಜತೆಗೆ ದೇಶದ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಶೇ. 60ರಷ್ಟು ಬಯೋ ಫಾರ್ಮ  ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳು ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಆಗುತ್ತಿವೆ. ದೇಶದ ಒಟ್ಟು ಬಯೋ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳ ರಫ್ತು ವಹಿವಾಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರನೇ ಒಂದು ಭಾಗದಷ್ಟು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಿಂದಲೇ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಭಾರತದ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಮಾನವ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ 54ರಷ್ಟು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಹೊಸ ಅಂಕಿ ಅಂಶಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಶೇ. 18ರಷ್ಟು ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟಪ್’ಗಳು ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಇವೆ. ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಶೇ. 30ರಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರಗತಿ ದಾಖಲಿಸುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ 7,500ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಬಿಟಿ ಪದವೀಧರರು ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಿಂದ ಹೊರಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆಂದು ಅವರು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಏನಿದು ಪಾರ್ಕ್…?

ಬಿಟಿಯ ವಿಷನ್ ಗ್ರೂಪಿನ ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸಿನ ಮೇರೆಗೆ, ಬಯೋಹೆಲಿಕ್ಸ್ ಪಾರ್ಕ್ ಅನ್ನು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಅಂಶಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ರೂಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಒಟ್ಟು 86 ಎಕರೆ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಂಸ್ಥಿಕ ಪ್ರದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ 20 ಎಕರೆ, ಸಂಶೋಧನೆ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ 10 ಎಕರೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಕ್ಲಸ್ಟರ್’ಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ  52.27 ಎಕರೆಯನ್ನು ಮೀಸಲು ಇಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಬಯೋ ಟೆಕ್ನಾಲಜಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಹಬ್ ಆಗಿ ’ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಲೈಫ್ ಸೈನ್ಸೆಸ್ ಪಾರ್ಕ್’ ಹೊರಹೊಮ್ಮಲಿದೆ. 64 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಲೀಸ್ ಒಪ್ಪಂದವನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ನಿಗದಿತ ಪಾರ್ಕ್’ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಮತ್ತು ಪರೋಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ 50,000 ಮಂದಿಗೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಪ್ರಯೋಗಾಲಯಗಳು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಲಿವೆ. ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್ಸ್ ಸಿಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಇದನ್ನು ಮಾದರಿ ಟೌನ್‌ಶಿಪ್ ಆಗಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಐಟಿ ಕ್ಯಾಪಿಟಲ್ ಆಗಿ ಹೆಸರಾಗಿರುವ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಟಿ ಕ್ಯಾಪಿಟಲ್ ಆಗಿಯೂ ಹೊರಹೊಮ್ಮಲಿದೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ಪಾರ್ಕ್ ಗಣನೀಯ ಕಾಣಿಕೆ ನೀಡಲಿದೆ. ಇದು ಸರಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಖಾಸಗಿ ಸಹಭಾಗಿತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ತಲೆ ಎತ್ತಲಿದೆ.

9ರಿಂದ 10 ದಶಲಕ್ಷ ಚ.ಅಡಿಯಷ್ಟು ವಿಶಾಲ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಲಿರುವ ಈ ಪಾರ್ಕ್’ನಲ್ಲಿ 160ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕಂಪನಿಗಳು ಬರಲಿವೆ. 100ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟ್ ಟಪ್ ಗಳು ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲಿವೆ. 86 ಸಾವಿರದಿಂದ 1 ಲಕ್ಷದಷ್ಟು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. 5,000 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಬಂಡವಾಳ ಹೂಡಿಕೆಯಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಮೊದಲ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಎರಡು ಘಟಕಗಳನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಬಯೋ ಹೆಲಿಕ್ಸ್ ಪಾರ್ಕ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಂಸ್ಥಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪೂರಕ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಲು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರ 150 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಗಳನ್ನು ವೆಚ್ಚ ಮಾಡಿದೆ.

ಕಿರಣ್ ಮಜುಂಧರ್ ಷ ಸಂತಸ:

ಕೊನೆಗೂ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆ ಸಾಕಾರ ಆಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ನನಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಸಂತೋಷವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಬಯೋಕಾನ್ ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಿಟಿ ವಿಷನ್ ಗ್ರೂಪ್ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಕಿರಣ್ ಮಜುಂದಾರ್ ಷಾ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಜತೆ ಆನ್’ಲೈನ್ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡು ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.

ಈ ಯೋಜನೆ ಬಹಳ ಹಿಂದೆಯೇ ಬರಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ಈಗಲಾದರೂ ಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದಕ್ಕೆ ನನಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಆನಂದವಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದಷ್ಟು ಬೇಗ ಈ ಪಾರ್ಕ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಾರಂಭ ಶುರು ಮಾಡಲಿ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹಾರೈಸಿದರಲ್ಲದೆ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಸೈನ್ಸೆಸ್ ಪಾರ್ಕ್ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಯೋಜನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದು ಬಂದ ನಂತರ ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಬಿಟಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಶಕ್ತಿ ದುಪ್ಪಟ್ಟಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

Karnataka to set up Bengaluru Life Sciences Park

CM Yediyurappa will lay the foundation on July 29

Bengaluru : Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa will lay the foundation stone for the much-awaited Bengaluru Lifesciences Park at Electronics City on Wednesday, Deputy Chief Minister Dr. C N Ashwathnarayan informed at an online press conference here on Tuesday.

Equipped with world’s best biotechnology infrastructure, the 9 million square feet Bengaluru Life Sciences Park will come up on a sprawling 52.27 acres at a cost of Rs. 5,000 crore. The project is being set up under a public-private partnership with the government of Karnataka and private entity Labzone Corp. The first phase of the project will be completed by December 2022.

Ashwathnarayan, who is also the minister for IT and BT & Science and Technology said, “Setting up of the Bengaluru Life Sciences Park was envisioned 20 years ago, when the Karnataka Vision group on Biotechnology was set up. The efforts put in the by the Vision Group has finally borne fruit. This park will definitely showcase Karnataka, and Bengaluru in particular, on top of the Biotech map of the world.”

The Deputy Chief Minister said that Karnataka and particularly Bengaluru is home to around 60% of all major biotechnology firms in the country with 380 companies and 200 start-ups. Karnataka has 9% market share in Asia’s biotechnology space while India has a total of around 35%.

Sharing more details, the Deputy Chief Minister said the Life Sciences Park is estimated to house more than 150 companies and is expected to generate around 50,000 employment. The park will have a dedicated incubation space with shared instrumentation lab facilities and customizable fully fitted lab and office suites.

“Today, we are in the forefront when it comes to precision medicine and treatment, live organisms-based treatment, the real time RT-PCR tests etc., have been possible due to pathbreaking R&D in the field of Biotechnology. The agriculture sector will witness a major development with the help of biotechnology,” the Deputy Chief Minister added.

“Even amidst these challenging situations, under the leadership of Chief minister B S Yediyurappa, setting up of the Bangalore Lifesciences Park has become a reality. The biotechnology sector has played a major role in not only economic development but in the overall development of various sectors such as pharma, diagnostics, agriculture etc,” he added.

The new life sciences park will be built near the electronic city area of Bengaluru, and as part of the existing space, that already houses Biotech innovation centre and other facilities, it will synergize both IT and biotechnology sectors.

Kiran Majumdar Shaw, chairperson of the Vision Group on Biotechnology, said that it was the idea of the Deputy Chief Minister to converge both the technologies – Information Technology and Lifesciences.

“There’s huge demand for this park to come up, which will attract major biotech players from across the globe to invest and make use of this integrated park. My endeavor is to put Karnataka and India on top of the innovation map of the world, and it is long overdue,” she added

Speaking on the occasion, Chirag Purushotham, CEO of Bangalore Life Sciences Park said that 60% of this space (around 37 lakh sq ft) will be solely dedicated to industry cluster development of Biotechnology in PPP mode for a lease period of 64 years.

The 52-acre industrial cluster will form the third component of the Biohelix Park, aimed at strengthening the biotechnology ecosystem of the State.

On the recommendation of Vision Group of BT, the Biohelix Park was conceptualized to carry out cutting edge R&D in an Institutional Area of 20 acres while an Innovation Area of 10 acres for start-ups to create disruptive products and innovations in the sector. The third component of the Industrial Cluster in an area of 52 acres was set aside for enterprises/MNCs to facilitate biotechnology industry.

The Biohelix Park is located in ELCITA, which has been recognized as a model township. With a total area of 60 lakh plus square feet, it has state of the art facilities for biotechnology R&D.

CM’s political secretary S R Vishwanath, Dr EV Ramana Reddy, Additional Chief Secretary for IT, BT and S&T, Meena Nagaraj, Director – KITS were present.

Later, speaking at a Webinar on Bangalore Lifesciences Park, moderated by YourStory, the Deputy Chief Minister said that “We all know that Government’s forward-thinking policies led to the establishment of ITPL over two decades ago, sowing the seeds for Karnataka’s domination in the IT sector. Today, our State is not only recognized as the “IT Capital of India”, but also as the global innovation and R&D hub. We strongly believe that the Bengaluru Life Sciences Park will play a similar role catapulting the biotechnology sector in the State, to establish Bengaluru as a global biotechnology hub.”
