ಮೈಸೂರು,ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್,112022(www.justkannada.in): ನಕಲಿ ದಾಖಲೆ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿ ಕೋಟ್ಯಾಂತರ ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಲಪಟಾಯಿಸಲು ಸಂಚು ರೂಪಿಸಿದ ಆರೋಪದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮೈಸೂರು ತಾಲೂಕು ತಹಸೀಲ್ದಾರ್, ವಿಲೇಜ್ ಅಕೌಟೆಂಟ್, ರೆವಿನ್ಯೂ ಇನ್ಸ್ಪೆಕ್ಟರ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಐವರ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರಣ್ಯಪುರಂ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಂಚನೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಐವರ ವಿರುದ್ದ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಕಾನೂನು ರೀತಿ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ದೂರುದಾರರು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ವಿಲೇಜ್ ಅಕೌಂಟೆಂಟ್ ನಾಗೇಶ್, ರೆವಿನ್ಯೂ ಇನ್ಸ್ಪೆಕ್ಟರ್, ತಹಸೀಲ್ದಾರ್, ಜಯಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀಬಾಯಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಜಯಶ್ರೀ ಎಂಬುವರ ವಿರುದ್ದ FIR ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ವಿಜಯನಗರ ನಿವಾಸಿ ಶ್ರೀಕಂಠಪ್ಪ ಎಂಬುವರು ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮೈಸೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮ ಕಸಬಾ ಹೋಬಳಿ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂ 155/2 ರಲ್ಲಿ 2.06 ಗುಂಟೆ ಎಕ್ರೆ ಜಮೀ‌ನು ಖರಾಬು ಭೂಮಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು 1975 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಆರ್.ವೆಂಕಟಪ್ಪ ಎಂಬುವರ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅನ್ಯಕ್ರಾಂತ ಮಂಜೂರಾಗಿದೆ. ತಿರುಮಲೈ ರೋಲರ್ ಪ್ಲೋರ್ ಮಿಲ್ ಪ್ರೈವೇಟ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್ ನ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾಗಿದ್ದ ನರಸಿಂಹಣ್ಣ ರವರು ಆರ್.ವೆಂಕಟಪ್ಪ, ವೆಂಕಾರಾಮ್, ಕೃಷ್ಣ ರವರಿಂದ 1982 ರಂದು ಖರೀದಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಕ್ರಯಪತ್ರ ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ನೊಂದಣಿ ಮಾಡಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ನರಸಿಂಹಣ್ಣ ಅವರು ಮೂಲ ಕ್ರಯಪತ್ರ ಕಂಪನಿಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿಲ್ಲ.1999 ರಲ್ಲಿ ನರಸಿಂಹಣ್ಣ ನಿಧನ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಸದರಿ ಜಮೀನಿಗೆ ಮೈಸೂರು ನಗರಾಭಿವೃದ್ದಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ 19,47,400/- ರೂ ಪಾವತಿಸಿ ಏಕ ನಿವೇಶನ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ವಿನ್ಯಾಸ ನಕ್ಷೆ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ಪಡೆದು ಅನುಮತಿ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಸದರಿ ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಭೂಮಿ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹಕ್ಕು ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೂ ವಿ.ಎ. ನಾಗೇಶ್, ರಾಜಸ್ವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಕ ಹಾಗೂ ತಹಸೀಲ್ದಾರ್ ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡು ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿ ನರಸಿಂಹಣ್ಣ ಕುಟುಂಬಸ್ಥರಾದ ಜಯಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಭಾಯಿ, ಜಯಶ್ರೀ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪೌತಿ ಖಾತೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಕಾನೂನು ಬಾಹಿರವಾಗಿ ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ದಾಖಲೆ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಲಪಟಾಯಿಸಲು ಸಂಚು ರೂಪಿಸಿರುವ ವಿ.ಎ.ನಾಗೇಶ್, ಆರ್.ಐ, ತಹಸೀಲ್ದಾರ್, ಜಯಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀಭಾಯಿ, ಜಯಶ್ರೀ ಅವರ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಶ್ರೀಕಂಠಪ್ಪ ವಿದ್ಯಾರಣ್ಯಪುರಂ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ FIR ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆರೋಪಿಗಳಿಂದ ಜೀವಭಯ ಇದ್ದು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Mysuru, October 11, 2022 (www.justkannada.in): A case has been registered at the Vidyaranyapuram Police Station in Mysuru, against the Mysuru Taluk Tahasildar, Village Accountant, Revenue Inspector, and three others alleging their attempt to usurp property worth crores of rupees by creating fake documents. The complainant has appealed to investigate the case and initiate legal action against them.
A person named Srikantappa, a resident of Vijayanagara, Mysuru, has registered a case against Village Accountant Nagesh, Revenue Inspector, Tahasildar, Jayalakshmibai, and Jayashri. FIR has been lodged.
It is alleged that a piece of land measuring 2.06 acres at survey No. 155/2, located at the Kasaba Hobli, in Mysuru Village belonging to a person named R. Venkatappa was registered in 1975. Narasimhanna, who is said to be the illegal director of the Tirumalai Roller Floor Mill Pvt. Ltd., is said to have purchased the land from R. Venkatappa, Venkaram, and Krishna in 1982 and has also registered the sale deed. However, Narasimhanna has not submitted the source sale deed to the Company, before he expired in 1999.
A sum of Rs. 19,47,400/- has been paid to the Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA) and approval for the single site industry has been obtained. Accordingly, the Revenue Department officers will not have any rights on the said land belonging to the company. But, it is alleged that V.A. Nagesh, Revenue Inspector, and the Tahasildar have created fake documents and have made the khata in the name of Narasimhanna’s family members Jayalakshmibai and Jayashri.
Hence, the complainant Srikantappa has lodged a case at the Vidyaranyapuram Police Station against V.A. Nagesh, Revenue Inspector, Tahsildar, Jayalakshmibai, and Jayashri, alleging them of hatching a plot to grab the land illegally by creating fake documents. A FIR has been registered at the Police Station. The complainant has also lodged a complaint alleging that his life is under threat from the accused and has sought police protection.
