ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್,16,2025 (www.justkannada.in): ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸಹಭಾಗಿತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಮಹಾಸಂಸ್ಥೆ (FKCCI) ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಸಂಗ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸ್ನಾತಕ, ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ, ಡಿಪ್ಲೊಮಾ ಹಾಗೂ ವೃತ್ತಿಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನವೋದ್ಯಮ, ನಾವೀನ್ಯತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟ್ಅಪ್ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ʼFKCCI INNO-ಮಂಥನ್ʼ ಹೆಸರಿನ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ಯೋಜನಾ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಿ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು 2025–26ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಆರಂಭಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಹಿ ಹಾಕಲಾಯಿತು.
ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಧ್ಯೇಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಬಿ ಜೀವನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನವೋದ್ಯಮದ ಪಥವನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸಬಲೀಕರಣಗೊಳಿಸುವುದಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ರೂ.73.20 ಲಕ್ಷ ಅನುದಾನವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳಗಾವಿಯ ಸುವರ್ಣಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ FKCCI ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ನಡುವೆ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆ ಪತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ (MoU) ಸಹಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ನವರು ಹಾಗೂ ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ. ಎಂ. ಸಿ. ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಅವರ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಮತ್ತು ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಹಾಗೂ FKCCI ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಉಮಾ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಒಪ್ಪಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಹಿ ಹಾಕಿದರು.
FKCCI ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು 2009ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪದವಿ, ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ, ಡಿಪ್ಲೊಮಾ ಹಾಗೂ ವೃತ್ತಿಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ‘ಮಂಥನ್’ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ನವೋದ್ಯಮಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ಕಲ್ಪನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಲು ಹಾಗೂ ಉದ್ಯಮ ಮುಖಂಡರು, ಹೂಡಿಕೆದಾರರು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ತಜ್ಞರು ಮತ್ತು ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಉತ್ತಮ ವೇದಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಇದರ ಮುಂದುವರಿದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ಇದೀಗ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿರುವ ʼINNO-ಮಂಥನ್ʼ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಉದ್ಯಮ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಕರ್ತರು ಹಾಗೂ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ನಾಯಕರಾಗಿ ರೂಪಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ. ಎಂ. ಸಿ ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಡಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ ದರ್ಜೆ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ತಲಾ ಒಂದು ದಿನದಂತೆ ಮೂರು ಜ್ಞಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಿಕರಣ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಮುಖಂಡರಿಂದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
ತರಬೇತಿ ಪಡೆದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಲಾ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಮಂದಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡ ತಂಡಗಳನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ಎಂಟ್ರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ತಂಡಕ್ಕೆ ಒಂದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಎಂಟ್ರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ .
ಸ್ವೀಕೃತವಾದ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗುವ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ತಂಡಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಜುಲೈ 2026ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ತಂಡಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಾರರು ಹಾಗೂ ಹಿರಿಯ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೋದ್ಯಮಿಗಳ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸುವ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ವಿಜೇತ ತಂಡಗಳಿಗೆ ನಗದು ಬಹುಮಾನ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದೆಂದು ಸಚಿವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

FKCCI INNO-MANTHAN – Encouraging and Nurturing Student Entrepreneurs of Karnataka
The Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI), in association with the Government of Karnataka (GoK), announced the launch of ‘FKCCI Inno-MANTHAN’, its flagship annual business plan presentation competition aimed at fostering entrepreneurship, innovation, and start-up culture among students across Karnataka.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the initiative was signed today in the august presence of the Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Siddaramiah and the Hon’ble Minister for Higher Education Dr. M.C. Sudhakar. The MoU was signed by the Director of Collegiate Education, Commissioner Smt. Manjusree, on behalf of the Government of Karnataka, and Shri Umareddy, President of FKCCI, on behalf of FKCCI.
Instituted in 2009, FKCCI Manthan has emerged as a prestigious platform for undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and professional college students to showcase innovative and viable business ideas. The initiative has played a significant role in bridging the gap between academia and industry by providing students with exposure to real-world entrepreneurial practices and industry expectations, the Hon’ble Higher Education Minister Dr. M.C. Sudhakar stated.
This first-of-its-kind FKCCI–Government of Karnataka (GoK) initiative has been designed to empower next-generation entrepreneurs. FKCCI Inno-MANTHAN serves as a dynamic platform to encourage and promote entrepreneurship, innovation, and economic growth, while empowering the youth of Karnataka to emerge as future job creators and business leaders. The 2025–26 edition places special emphasis on empowering students from Government colleges across Karnataka to pursue entrepreneurship as a viable career path.
On this occasion, FKCCI and the Government of Karnataka formally entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen this collaboration. The initiative aims to encourage creative thinking and entrepreneurial skills among students by offering networking opportunities, mentoring support, and attractive cash awards, thereby motivating young minds to transform their innovative ideas into successful enterprises.
The programme will provide comprehensive handholding support through knowledge workshops, expert guidance from industry leaders, mentorship from start-up experts and entrepreneurs, and networking opportunities with investors and academicians. Shortlisted student teams will be given the opportunity to present their business plans before an eminent jury comprising senior industry professionals and investors, enabling them to refine and scale their ideas into viable business solutions.
The event was attended by the Secretary, Department of Higher Education, Smt. Khushboo Goel Choudhury, along with FKCCI office bearers, officials from the Higher Education Department, and other dignitaries.
