ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜೂನ್, 5,2025 (www.justkannada.in): ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ, ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಿಗೆ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ವೃದ್ಧಿ (ಅಪ್‌ ಸ್ಕಿಲ್ಲಿಂಗ್) ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದೆ, ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ತಳಮಟ್ಟದಿಂದ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಕ್ಕೆ ತರಲು ಈ ತರಬೇತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಲಿದೆ.
ಇನ್ಫೋಸಿಸ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಪಾಲುದಾರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇನ್ಫೋಸಿಸ್‌ನ ಮೈಸೂರು ಕ್ಯಾಂಪಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾದ ಎರಡು ದಿನಗಳ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವು ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲೇ ಮೊದಲನೆಯದ್ದಾಗಿದೆ.
ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ, ಉದ್ಯಮಶೀಲತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಜೀವನೋಪಾಯ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ. ಶರಣ್ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಗುರುವಾರ ವಿಕಾಸಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ ವೀಡಿಯೊ ಕಾನ್ಫರೆನ್ಸ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಮಟ್ಟದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ, ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ, ಸಮರ್ಥ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಯೋಜನೆ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇಕಾಗಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲ ಸಾಂಸ್ಥಿಕ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುವ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ನಾವು ಕಲಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಪರಿಹಾರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸಹಯೋಗದ ವಾತಾವರಣವನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಅದು ತಳಮಟ್ಟದಿಂದ ಸುಧಾರಣೆಗೆ ಸಹಕಾರಿಯಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ. ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಹಲವಾರು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ: ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಸೂತ್ರ (DSDPs), ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಸಮ್ಮಿಲನ ಮತ್ತು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಕಲಿಕಾ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಯೋಜನೆ (CMKKY) ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನದ ವಿಮರ್ಶೆ. ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು CMKKY 2.0 ಅನ್ನು ವಿನ್ಯಾಸಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತು ರಚನಾತ್ಮಕ ಚರ್ಚೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಇನ್ಫೋಸಿಸ್ ತಜ್ಞರಾದ ಸಂತೋಷ್ ಅನಂತಪುರ, ಡಾ. ಮೀನಾಕ್ಷಿ, ಗಿರಿಜಾ ಮತ್ತು ವಿನಯ್ ವಸಂತ್ ಅವರು ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ, ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ತರಬೇತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಪಾತ್ರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಭಾಯಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತು ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಪರಿಹಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸುವುದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನದ ಸವಾಲುಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತರಬೇತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ವಿಷಯ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ಕೆಎಸ್‌ಡಿಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಕಾಂತ ನಾಯಕ್ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಮಾಜಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಎಸ್‌ಡಿಎ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ವಿ. ರಮಣ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, “ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಒಲಿಂಪಿಕ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಮಟ್ಟದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸುವ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಪಡೆಯಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಯುರೋಪ್, ಜಪಾನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಯುಎಇಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ವಿವರ/ಮಾಹಿತಿ/ಒಳನೋಟ ಪಡೆಯಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ” ಎಂದರು.
ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಪಾಲುದಾರಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆಯೂ ರಮಣರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆದರು. ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ದೇಶಿತ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಮೂಲಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮೂಲ ಸೌಕರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಉಪಕ್ರಮವು ಮಹತ್ವದ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.

Karnataka Launches First-Ever District Officer Upskilling Initiative with Infosys Partnership
Bangalore, June 5: Karnataka’s skill development department has launched a comprehensive capacity-building program for all vertical heads and key district officers, partnering with Infosys to deliver training that will directly impact grassroots implementation of skill development schemes.
The two-day workshop which began today at Infosys’s Mysuru campus, represents the first initiative of its kind in recent years. Dr. Sharan Prakash Patil, minister for medical education, skill development, entrepreneurship & livelihood inaugurated the program via video conference from Vikasa Soudha on Thursday.
Dr Patil said the workshop aims to strengthen institutional capacities of district-level officers by exposing them to best practices in leadership, skill ecosystem governance and program implementation. “We are creating a collaborative environment for learning and problem-solving that will improve skill development delivery at the grassroots level.”
The program focuses on several key areas: formulation of district skill development plans (DSDPs), effective convergence with central schemes and review of the chief minister kalike koushalya yojane (CMKKY) implementation. Officials will also engage in structured deliberations on designing and rolling out CMKKY 2.0.
Infosys experts Santhosh Ananthapura, Dr. Meenakshi, Girija, and Vinay Vasanth are leading sessions on leadership development, soft skills training and clarifying district officers’ roles and responsibilities.
KSDC chairperson Kantha Naik emphasized that the workshop will address implementation challenges for both central and state schemes at the district level while identifying practical solutions.
V. Ramana Reddy, former bureaucrat and KSDA chairperson, highlighted the program’s focus on demand-driven skilling through industry partnerships and local economic opportunities. “Officers will receive insights into skill employment opportunities in Europe, Japan and the UAE, along with training on organizing the Karnataka skill olympics and impactful district-level competitions,” he noted.
This initiative marks a significant step toward enhancing the state’s skill development infrastructure through targeted capacity building at the administrative level.
