ಎ.ಆರ್.ಎ.ಐ. ಸ್ಥಾವರಕ್ಕೆ ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭೂಮಿ ಲಭ್ಯ: ಎಚ್ಡಿಕೆಗೆ ಎಂ ಬಿ ಪಾಟೀಲ ಪತ್ರ

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಫೆ.೦೯,೨೦೨೬ : ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಪ್ರಥಮ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಸಾಧನ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಸ್ಥಾವರ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ತಾವು ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪೇಕ್ಷಿಸಿದ್ದ 100 ಎಕರೆ ಜಮೀನು ಲಭ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಆಟೋಮೋಟೀವ್ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟಕ್ಕೆ (ಎ.ಆರ್.ಎ.ಐ) ಸೂಕ್ತ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ನೀಡಿ, ಯೋಜನಾ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆ ಕಳಿಸಿಕೊಡಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಬೃಹತ್ ಮತ್ತು ಮಧ್ಯಮ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಸಚಿವ ಎಂ ಬಿ ಪಾಟೀಲ ಅವರು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಭಾರೀ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಉಕ್ಕು ಸಚಿವ ಎಚ್.ಡಿ.ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧವಾಗಿ ಜ.8ರಂದು ಬರೆದಿದ್ದ ಪತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಸೋಮವಾರ ಉತ್ತರಿಸಿರುವ ಪಾಟೀಲರು, ಮಂಡ್ಯ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಬಸರಾಳು ಹೋಬಳಿಯ ಮುದ್ದನಘಟ್ಟ ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಗ್ಗಡಿತಿಹಳ್ಳಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 105 ಎಕರೆ ಸರಕಾರಿ ಭೂಮಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಭೂಮಿಯು ಮಂಡ್ಯ-ನಾಗಮಂಗಲ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿಯಿಂದ ಕೇವಲ 500 ಮೀ. ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಉದ್ದೇಶಿತ ಸ್ಥಾವರ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲು ನೀವು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಭೂಮಿ ಇದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಎ.ಆರ್.ಎ.ಐ. ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದ ತಂಡ ಎರಡೂ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ, ಈ ಭೂಮಿಯು ತಮಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತವಾಗಿದೆಯೇ ಎನ್ನುವುದನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲು ಜಂಟಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸುವಂತೆ ತ್ವರಿತವಾಗಿ ಸೂಚಿಸಬೇಕು. ಇದು ಸೂಕ್ತವಾಗಿದೆ ಎನಿಸಿದರೆ, ನಂತರ ಇದನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿತ ಸ್ಥಾವರ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಗೆ ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧವಾಗಿ ಎ.ಆರ್.ಎ.ಐ. ಒಕ್ಕೂಟವು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಎಸ್ ಸೆಲ್ವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ವ್ಯವಹರಿಸಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಪಾಟೀಲ ತಮ್ಮ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Bengaluru: For the establishment of the country’s first Construction and Infrastructure Equipment Testing Facility, proposed at an estimated cost of ₹500 crore, the required 100 acres of land is available in Mandya district. In this regard, Minister for Large and Medium Industries M.B. Patil has written to Union Minister for Heavy Industries and Steel H.D. Kumaraswamy, seeking directions to the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) to submit the detailed project proposal.

Replying on Monday to a letter written by Kumaraswamy on January 8, Patil said the District Commissioner of Mandya has informed that 105 acres of government land is available in Muddanaghatta and Heggadithihalli villages of Basaralu Hobli in Mandya taluk. He added that the land is located barely 500 metres from the Mandya–Nagamangala State Highway.

Patil noted that more land than the originally sought extent is available for the proposed facility. He therefore urged that representatives of ARAI and officials from the Union Ministry be directed to visit the State at the earliest and conduct a joint inspection to assess the suitability of the site. If found suitable, the land could then be allotted for the establishment of the facility, he said.

In this connection, Patil stated in his letter that ARAI may directly coordinate with S. Selvakumar, Principal Secretary, Department of Industries, Government of Karnataka.
