ಮೈಸೂರು: ನಗರದ Ikega Cafeನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದ “Malayalam Jamming” ಸಂಗೀತ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಪೋಸ್ಟರ್ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹರಿದಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆಯೇ ಕೆಲ ಕನ್ನಡ ಪರ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ವಿರೋಧ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದವು.
“ಮೈಸೂರು ಕನ್ನಡನಾಡು; ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು” ಎಂದು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಕ್ಯಾಫೆ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಗೆ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.
ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಉದ್ವಿಗ್ನವಾಗದಂತೆ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಮತ್ತು ಯಾವುದೇ ಗಲಾಟೆ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಲು ಮುನ್ನೆಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕ್ಯಾಫೆ ಮೂಲಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿವೆ. ಈ ಘಟನೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಷಾ ಸಂವೇದನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯತೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಚರ್ಚೆಗೆ ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ವೇದಿಕೆ ಒದಗಿಸಿದೆ.
