ಮೈಸೂರು,ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್,30,2025 (www.justkannada.in): ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಳು ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕೇನ್ಸ್ ಟೆಕ್ನಾಲಜೀಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸೈಯಂಟ್ ಡಿ.ಎಲ್.ಎಂ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿದ ಬೃಹತ್ ಮತ್ತು ಮಧ್ಯಮ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಸಚಿವ ಎಂ.ಬಿ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೂಡಿಕೆ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಕೋರಿದರಲ್ಲದೆ, ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಭೂಮಿ ಮತ್ತಿತರ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕ್ಷಿಪ್ರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಚಿವ ಎಂ.ಬಿ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಅವರು, `ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್ಸ್ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆಗೆ ಹೆಸರಾಗಿರುವ ಕೇನ್ಸ್ ಟೆಕ್ನಾಲಜೀಸ್ ಕಂಪನಿಯು ಚಾಮರಾಜನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಘಟಕವನ್ನು ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಲು 20 ಎಕರೆ ಭೂಮಿ ಕೇಳಿದೆ. ಈಗ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಪನಿಗೆ ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಭೂಮಿಯು ಕೃಷಿಯೇತರ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಮೀಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ಬಗೆಹರಿಸಿ ಕಂಪನಿಗೆ ಭೂಮಿ ಕೊಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಏಳು ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಕಂಪನಿಯು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಹೂಡಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಚಾಮರಾಜನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಪನಿಯು ಮುಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷದ ವೇಳೆಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 1,500 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಹೂಡಿಕೆಯಾದಂತಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಜತೆಗೆ 3 ಸಾವಿರ ಜನ ಉಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂಥ ಹಾಸ್ವೆಲ್ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಿದೆ’ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಕೇನ್ಸ್ ಕಂಪನಿಯು 1988ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಯಾದ ದಿನದಿಂದಲೂ ಮೈಸೂರನ್ನು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಕಚೇರಿಯಾಗಿ ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. 70 ಜನರಿಂದ ಆರಂಭವಾದ ಚಾಮರಾಜನಗರ ಘಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗ 700 ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಂಪನಿಯು ತನ್ನ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ರೈಲ್ವೇಸ್, ಐಒಟಿ, ಐಟಿ, ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ, ಆಟೋಮೋಟೀವ್, ಏರೋಸ್ಪೇಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ವಲಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಮರ್ಥವಾಗಿ ಪೂರೈಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕಂಪನಿಯು ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆಯಾಗಿ 1,500 ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು, 3 ಖಂಡಗಳ 26 ದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 250ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಗ್ರಾಹಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಜಾಲವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಎಂ.ಬಿ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮುಳುವಾಡದಲ್ಲೂ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲು ಮನವಿ
ಈ ಭೇಟಿಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಚಿವ ಎಂ.ಬಿ ಪಾಟೀಲ್, ಪಿಸಿಬಿ ತಯಾರಿಸುವ ಕೇನ್ಸ್ ಕಂಪನಿಯು ವಿಜಯಪುರದ ಮುಳವಾಡ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡ ಒಂದು ಪಿಸಿಬಿ ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ಘಟಕ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಬೇಕು; ಅಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಮತ್ತು ನೀರಿಗೆ ಯಾವ ಕೊರತೆಯೂ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ವಿಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕರಣವನ್ನು ಕೂಡ ಸಾಧಿಸಿದಂತಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಜತೆಗೆ ಕೆಜಿಎಫ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗೆ ಭೂಮಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಕೇನ್ಸ್ ಕಂಪನಿ ಅಲ್ಲೂ ಘಟಕ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲು ಮನಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವರು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಿದರು.
ಕೇನ್ಸ್ ಟೆಕ್ನಾಲಜೀಸ್ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ರಮೇಶ್ ಆರ್ ಕಣ್ಣನ್, ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೆ ಸವಿತಾ ರಮೇಶ್, ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಜಯರಾಂ ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

ಇದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಚಿವ ಎಂ.ಬಿ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳ ಕಂಪನಿಯಾದ ಸೈಯಂಟ್ ಗೂ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ, ಅಲ್ಲಿಯ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದರು. ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಉನ್ನತಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಕಂಪನಿಯು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಉನ್ನತ ಮಟ್ಟದ ವಿನ್ಯಾಸ, ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಟ್ವಿನ್ ಕ್ರಿಯೇಷನ್, ದೀರ್ಘಾವಧಿ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸಹಭಾಗಿತ್ವ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಚಿವರಿಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಸಿಎಫ್ಒ ಆರ್,ಸುಬ್ರಹ್ಮಣ್ಯನ್ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಸೆಲ್ವಕುಮಾರ್, ಆಯುಕ್ತ ರಾದ ಗುಂಜನ್ ಕೃಷ್ಣ, ಕೆಐಎಡಿಬಿ ಸಿಇಒ ಡಾ.ಎಂ.ಮಹೇಶ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇತರ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಇದ್ದರು.

Minister MB Patil assures 20 acres of land for the Kaynes Technologies Expansion
Pushes for PCB Unit in Mulawada of Vijayapura
Mysuru: Minister for Large and Medium Industries, Sri M. B. Patil, visited the units of Kaynes Technologies and Cyient DLM located in the Hebbal Industrial Area of Mysuru on Wednesday. During his visit, the Minister held discussions with the senior management of both companies and urged them to expand their investments in Karnataka, assuring that the government would swiftly provide land and other required facilities.
Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said that leading electronics manufacturer Kaynes Technologies has sought 20 acres of land for expanding its unit in Chamarajanagara. The adjoining land is currently classified for non-industrial use, which will be sorted out to enable the required allotment, he informed. Operating across seven states, the company should further strengthen its presence and investments in Karnataka, Patil added.
He further announced that the company will invest ₹1,500 crore in Chamarajanagar district by next year. Alongside, it also plans to construct a hostel facility to accommodate 3,000 employees, he said.
Established in 1988 with just 70 employees, Kaynes Technologies—headquartered in Mysuru since its inception—today employs more than 700 people. The company efficiently serves key sectors such as railways, IoT, IT, medical devices, automotive, aerospace, and defence. Altogether, it provides employment to around 1,500 people and caters to over 250 client organisations across 26 countries spanning three continents, the Minister noted.
Minister pushes for Mulawada PCB Unit
During the visit, Sri Patil suggested that Kaynes Technologies consider setting up a PCB manufacturing unit at the Mulawada Industrial Area in Vijayapura, where there is abundant availability of power and water. “Such initiatives will also promote industrial decentralisation,” he observed. He further pointed out that land is available for industries in KGF as well, encouraging Kaynes to explore opportunities there too.
Present on the occasion were Ramesh R. Kannan, Executive Vice-President of Kaynes Technologies; Chairperson Savitha Ramesh; and Director Jayaram.
Visit to Cyient DLM
The Minister also visited Cyient DLM, another reputed electronics manufacturing company, and reviewed its facilities. The company’s senior executives briefed him on their advanced design capabilities, digital twin creation, and long-term technological collaborations. The company’s CFO, R. Subramanian, was also present on the occasion.
Industries Department Principal Secretary S. Selvakumar, Commissioner Gunjan Krishna, KIADB CEO Dr M. Mahesha, and other officials were also present.
