2022-24ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನವದೆಹಲಿಯ ಐಸಿಎಸ್ಎಸ್ಆರ್ ನೀಡುವ ಪೋಸ್ಟ್ ಡಾಕ್ಟರಲ್ ಫೆಲೋಶಿಪ್’ಗೆ (ಪಿಡಿಎಫ್) ಗೆ ಪಾತ್ರರಾಗಿರುವ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಏಕೈಕ ಸಂಶೋಧಕರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಡಾ.ಸಿ.ರಾಕೇಶ್.

ಡಾ.ರಾಕೇಶ್ ಅವರು ಮೈಸೂರು ವಿವಿ ಪತ್ರಿಕೋದ್ಯಮ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂವಹನ ವಿಭಾಗದ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಪ್ರೊ.ಸಪ್ನಾ ಅವರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮುದಾಯ ರೇಡಿಯೋ ಮತ್ತು ಮಹಿಳಾ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇವರು ಶ್ರೀರಾಮಪುರದ ಚಂದ್ರೇಗೌಡ ಮತ್ತು ಉಮಾ ದಂಪತಿಯ ಪುತ್ರ.
