ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಿಂದ ಮೊದಲ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಜೈರಾಂ ರಮೇಶ್ ಗೆ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಘೋಷಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಇದೀಗ 2ನೇ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಮನ್ಸೂರ್ ಖಾನ್ ಅವರನ್ನ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಕಣಕ್ಕಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಇಂದು ಇಬ್ಬರು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಚುನಾವಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಎಂ.ಕೆ ವಿಶಾಲಾಕ್ಷಿಗೆ ನಾಮಪತ್ರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಡಿ.ಕೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್, ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷ ನಾಯಕ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ , ಯು ಟಿ ಖಾದರ್, ಜಮೀರ್ ಅಹಮದ್ ಖಾನ್ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

2ನೇ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್, ಪಕ್ಷ,ನಮ್ಮ ನಾಯಕರು ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ನವರು ಬಂದು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾವು ಅವರನ್ನ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸಲೀಂ ಅಹ್ಮದ್, ಜೈರಾಂ ರಮೇಶ್, ಮನ್ಸೂರ್ ಖಾನ್ ಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ನಾಮಪತ್ರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ‌ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಗೆಲ್ಲಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ವರಿಷ್ಠರ ಸೂಚನೆ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಎರಡನೇ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

ಮನ್ಸೂರ್ ಖಾನ್ ಹರಕೆಯ ಕುರಿಯೇ ಎಂಬ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಿಸಿದ ಸಲೀಂ ಅಹ್ಮದ್, ಮನ್ಸೂರು ಖಾನ್ ನಿಷ್ಟಾವಂತ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತ. ಒಬ್ಬ ಉತ್ಸಾಹಿ‌ಯುವ ನಾಯಕ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೂ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇವತ್ತು ಮಾತನಾಡ್ತೇವೆ, ನೋಡೋಣ ಎಂದರು.

Bengaluru, May 30, 2022 (www.justkannada.in): Jairam Ramesh and Mansoor Ali Khan today submitted their nominations as first and second candidates for the Rajya Sabha seats from the Congress party.
Jairam Ramesh was announced the ticket form Congress as the first candidate. Mansoor Ali Khan has been fielded as the 2nd candidate. Both the candidates submitted their nominations to the Election Officer M.K. Vishalakshi today. KPCC President D.K. Shivakumar, leader of the opposition in the assembly Siddaramaiah, U.T. Khader, and Zameer Khan were present.
