ಮಾನಸ ಗಂಗೋತ್ರಿಯ ಯುಜಿಸಿ ಮಾನವ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೈಸೂರು ವಿವಿ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವಿಭಾಗದ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ 2 ದಿನಗಳ ತರಬೇತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.

ಮೈಸೂರು ವಿವಿಗೆ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಆಧಾರ ಸ್ತಂಭ ಇದೆ. ಅಧ್ಯಯನಾಂಗ, ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾಂಗ, ಆಡಳಿತಾಂಗ ಹಾಗೂ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಅಂಗ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದೊಂದು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರ. ಉತ್ಸಾಹದಿಂದ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಪ್ರತಿಬಾರಿಯು ಹೊಸ ಹೊಸ ಆಲೋಚನೆ ಇದ್ದಾಗ ಮಾತ್ರ ಚಲನಶೀಲತೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಒಂದೇ ತರ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಲವಲವಿಕೆ, ಸಂತೋಷ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಮನುಷ್ಯ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಅಲ್ಲ. ಒಂದೇ ತರ ಇರಲು ಆಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ‌ಸಮಾಜದ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ‌ಮನುಷ್ಯ ನಡೆಯಬೇಕು. ಹಣಕಾಸು ವಿಭಾಗ ಅಂದ‌‌ ಮಾತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾಂತ್ರೀಕರಣ ಬೇಡ ಎಂದರು.

ವಿವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಗುರುತರ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಣಕಾಸು ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವ ಲೋಪ ಇಲ್ಲದಂತೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಆಗಬೇಕು.‌ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯದಿಂದ ಯಾರೂ ವಂಚಿತರಾಗಬಾರದು. ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕತೆ ಇರಬೇಕು. ಕಲಿಕೆಗೆ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ಅಂತರ ಇರಬಾರದು. ಎಲ್ಲರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಕೆಲಸ‌ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಪ್ರತಿ ಆರು ತಿಂಗಳಿಗೊಮ್ಮೆ ಈ ರೀತಿಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಡೆಯಬೇಕು ಎಂದರು.

ಮೈಸೂರು ವಿವಿ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಡಾ.ಸಂಗೀತ ಗಜಾನನ ಭಟ್, ಎಚ್ ಆರ್ ಡಿಸಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಪ್ರೊ.ಎಸ್.ಜೆ.ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್, ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ‌ಇತರರು ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದರು.

Mysuru, May 9, 2022 (www.justkannada.in): “Your life will be active only when you have good thoughts,” observed Prof. R. Shivappa, Registrar, University of Mysore.
He inaugurated a two-day workshop organized for the staff of the Finance Department of the University of Mysore, held at the UGC Human Resource Development Center, Manasa Gangotri.
“The Research, Examinations, Administration, and Finance Departments are like four pillars for the University of Mysore. This is a useful workshop. I request all the staff members to participate with enthusiasm and utilize its benefits,” he urged.
“Our lives will be active only when we get new thoughts every time. A monotonous mindset won’t keep us active and happy. Human beings are not computers. We can’t remain the same always. We should change according to societal changes. If you are working in the Finance Department it doesn’t mean you should be mechanical,” he advised.
“Including students, the teachers, and staff everyone will be having their responsibilities. However, the finance department is very important and the finance department staff should work without any mistakes. Nobody should be deprived of facilities. The Finance Department’s work should be transparent. Age should not become a hurdle for learning. We should work with the coordination of all the staff members. I wish such programs will happen at least once in six months,” he added.
