ರೌಘು ಕೌಟಿಲ್ಯ ಅವರು ಹನೂರು ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಹಲವಾರು ಗ್ರಾಪಂ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಸಭೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿ, ಮತಯಾಚಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರ ಪಕ್ಷವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ನಾನು ಪರಿಷತ್ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ವರಿಷ್ಠರು ನನ್ನಂತಹ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ನೀಡುವ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸವಿದೆ. ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಲಿಷ್ಠಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸುವುದು ತನ್ನ ಗುರಿ ಎಂದು ನುಡಿದರು.

ಕಳೆದ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲ್ಪಮತಗಳಿ೦ದ ಪರಾಭವಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಿದ ರಘು ಕೌಟಿಲ್ಯ, ಈ ಬಾರಿ ತನಗೆ ಮತ ನೀಡಿ ಗೆಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರೆ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಶಕ್ತಗೊಳಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದಾಗಿಯೂ ಗ್ರಾಪಂ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಸವಲತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ನಡೆಸುವುದಾಗಿಯೂ ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ರಾಮಾಪುರದ ಜೆಎಸ್ ಎಸ್ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೋಪಿನಾಥನ ಮಲೆ ಮಹದೇಶ್ವರ ಬೆಟ್ಟ, ದಿನ್ನಳ್ಳಿ, ಅಜ್ಜಿಪುರ, ಹೂಗ್ಯಂ, ಎಲ್ಲೆ ಮಾಳ, ದೊಡ್ಡಾಲತ್ತೂರು, ಸುಳೇರಿಪಾಳ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಶೆಟ್ಟಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು. ಬಂಡಳ್ಳಿಯ ವಿಶ್ವಕರ್ಮ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಭವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಅವರು, ಕಣ್ಣೂರು, ಮಂಗಲ, ಬ೦ಡಳ್ಳಿ, ಶಾಗ್ಯಂ ಗ್ರಾಪಂ ಸದಸ್ಯರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.

ಅಂಚಿಪಾಳ್ಯದ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್‌ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲೂ ಗ್ರಾಪಂ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದರು. ಪಿಜಿ ಪಾಳ್ಯ ಲೊಕ್ಕನಹಳ್ಳಿ, ಬಯಲೂರು ಗ್ರಾಪಂ ಸದಸ್ಯರೂ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರು. ಪಕ್ಷಾತೀತವಾಗಿ ಗ್ರಾಪಂ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಆರ್ ರಘು ಕೌಟಿಲ್ಯ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಸಭೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಉತ್ತಮವಾಗಿ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಬಾರಿ  ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮತ ನೀಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

Confident of getting Upper House ticket: BJP candidate Raghu starts campaigning from MM Hills
Mysuru, November 15, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): D.Devraj Urs Backward Castes Development Corporation Chairman R. Raghu is one of the aspirants from the BJP to contest in the Legislative Council elections from Mysuru-Chamarajanagara Districts. Today he started campaigning even before the announcement of his candidature, after offering pooja at the MM hills.
He conducted several Gram Panchayat meetings in Hanur Taluk limits and sought the people to vote for him. “I am a strong aspirant for the BJP ticket. I am completely confident about getting the ticket. If I am elected, I promise to strengthen the gram panchayats, and I aim to develop it,” he said.
He conducted the Gram Panchayat members meeting at the JSS auditorium in Ramapura, Gopinatham, MM Hills, Dinnahalli, Ajjipura, Hoogyam, Ellemaala, Doddalattur, Suleripalya, and Shettahalli. He also received a good response with the participation of GP members irrespective of parties, who assured to support him.
