ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸೋಚಮ್ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ `ಸ್ಮಾರ್ಟ್ ಟೆಕ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ-2021’ ಸಮಾವೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಶುಕ್ರವಾರ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಚಿವ ಅಶ್ವಥ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ್, `ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ದಿಮೆಗಳ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಹೇಳಿಮಾಡಿಸಿದಂತಹ ಹಲವಾರು ನೀತಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಯಪರಿಸರವಿದೆ. ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ವಲಯದ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಪೂರಕವಾಗಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಬೇಕೆನಿಸಿದರೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಕ್ಷಿಪ್ರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಲು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರ ಸಿದ್ಧವಿದೆ’ ಎಂದರು.

ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಮತ್ತು ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಪೂರ್ಣ ಮಾನವ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಸರಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಡೀ ದೇಶವು ಈ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಉದ್ಯಮ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಜತೆಗೂಡಿದರೆ ಎಂತಹ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆಯನ್ನಾದರೂ ತರಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದಿಸಿದರು.

ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಮೋದಿಯವರಿಗೆ ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಎಂತಹ ರಚನಾತ್ಮಕ ಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಅಗತ್ಯವೆನ್ನುವುದರ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾದ ಅರಿವಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯವೂ ಸಹ ಇದೇ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಪುಗಾಲಿಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈಗ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರುತ್ತಿರುವ ನೂತನ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀತಿಯು ಉದ್ಯೋಗರಂಗದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಮರ್ಥ ಪರಿಹಾರವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಅಶ್ವಥ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ್ ನುಡಿದರು.

ನೂತನ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಮತ್ತು ಕೌಶಲಕೇಂದ್ರಿತವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಉದ್ದಿಮೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಸೆಯಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇವು ಕೇವಲ ಕ್ಯಾಂಪಸ್ ಸಂದರ್ಶನದ ಸಮಯವಲ್ಲದೆ ಇನ್ನುಮುಂದೆ ಇಡೀ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷದುದ್ದಕ್ಕೂ ವಿದ್ಯಾಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ನುಡಿದರು.

ದೇಶದ ಉದ್ಯಮ ವಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅಗಾಧ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಪೂರ್ಣ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಬೇಕಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಾಯತ್ತತೆ, ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಕೊಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ವಿಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕರಣಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಕಾರವು ಉದಾರವಾಗಿ ನಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಪಟ್ಟರು.

ಇದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ಯಮರಂಗದ ನಾನಾ ವಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಎಲ್ ಅಂಡ್ ಟಿ ಟೆಕ್ನಾಲಜೀಸ್, ಇನ್ಸೊಲ್ಯೂಷನ್ಸ್ ಗ್ಲೋಬಲ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್, ಬ್ಲೂ ಕಕೂನ್ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್, ತಿರುಪತಿ ಗ್ರೂಪ್, ಎಸ್-ಮೆಂಟರ್ ಸೊಲ್ಯೂಷನ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅಪಿರಿಯ್ರೋನ್ ಟೆಕ್ನೋ ವೆಂಚರ್ಸ್ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಚಿವರು ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಪ್ರದಾನ ಮಾಡಿದರು.

ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಎಕಾನಮಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥ ಬಿ.ವಿ.ನಾಯ್ಡು, ಇಸ್ರೇಲಿನ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿ ಜೋಸೆಫ್ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಂ, ಜಪಾನಿನ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿ ತಕಾಶಿ ಸುಜುಕಿ, ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳಾದ ರಜತ್ ಕುಮಾರ್, ಉಮಾ, ಸಂಜೀವ್ ಗುಪ್ತ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

IT/BT Minister calls on Industries to work closer with educational institutions

Bengaluru: Dr.C.N.Ashwatha Narayana, Minister for IT/BT, Skill Development and Higher Education called on the industry sector to increase its’ closeness with educational institutions for the betterment of society.

In his inaugural address of the 2nd edition of India’s largest summit for smart technologies ‘SMARTec India-21’ conducted by ASSOCHAM in association with other organizations, he said, the best possible way for industries to connect with society is through institutions.

Saying, industries should not limit looking up towards education institutions only during campus interviews, he opined, they should try to establish a relationship beyond that.

“The world is expanding virtually every day and there will be no boundaries or geographical limitations. We need to ensure earth remains the best place to live by creating better individuals,” he told.

“The COVID situation has proved that technocrats and innovators are real heroes and there is a huge requirement for skilled resources in emerging technologies. The National Education Policy (NEP-2020) aspires to impart skills to future citizens at student level itself, to fill the gap of industry requirements,” Minister Narayana explained.

Saying, that the GoK is very keen to respond to the needs of the industry and wants to conduct at least 8-10 international tech events annually, he added, that, in the future SMARTec summits will be held in Bengaluru.
