ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್,13,2022(www.justkannada.in): ಸುಸ್ಥಿರ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಸರಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರಕವಾದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಾಧಿಸುವ ಗುರಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವು ವಿದ್ಯುತ್‌ ಚಾಲಿತ ವಾಹನಗಳ ತಯಾರಿಕೆಗೆ ಒತ್ತು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು, ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ‘ವಿದ್ಯುತ್‌ ಚಾಲಿಕ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ವಲಯ’ದ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಯನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದೆ. ಉದ್ದೇಶಿತ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ 1,000 ನವೋದ್ಯಮಗಳು ನೆಲೆಯೂರಲಿದ್ದು, ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಮೂಲಾಗ್ರ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಆಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಐಟಿ- ಬಿಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ. ಸಿ ಎನ್ ಅಶ್ವತ್ಥನಾರಾಯಣ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಭಾರತೀಯ ಆಟೋಮೋಟೀವ್ ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರ್‌ ಗಳ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಮಾನ್ಯತಾ ಟೆಕ್ ಪಾರ್ಕ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಿರುವ 10ನೇ ಅಂತರರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಮೊಬಿಲಿಟಿ ಸಮಾವೇಶದ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಗುರುವಾರ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು.
ಈ ಸಮಾವೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ‘ಸುಸ್ಥಿರ ಮತ್ತು ಬಹುಮಾದರಿ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ’ ಕುರಿತು ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, 800ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಪರಿಣತರು ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದು ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಈ ಮಾದರಿಯ ಪ್ರಪ್ರಥಮ ಸಮಾವೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ.
ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರವು ಆಟೋಮೋಟಿವ್ ವಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಉತ್ತೇಜನ ನೀಡಲು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಹಲವು ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಜತೆಗೆ ತರಬೇತಿ, ಸಂಶೋಧನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ, ನಾವೀನ್ಯತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಉದ್ಯಮಶೀಲತೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತೇಜನ ಕೊಡಲು ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ 5 ಉತ್ಕೃಷ್ಟತಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ರಾಜ್ಯವು ವಿದೇಶೀ ಮತ್ತು ದೇಶಿ ಹೂಡಿಕೆದಾರರನ್ನು ಆಕರ್ಷಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗ್ರಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಐಟಿ, ಸೆಮಿಕಂಡಕ್ಟರ್, ಬಿಟಿ, ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್ಸ್‌ ಗಳ ರಾಜಧಾನಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವು ಮುಂದಿನ ಒಂದೆರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್‌ ಚಾಲಿತ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಆಡುಂಬೊಲವೂ ಆಗಿ ಹೊರಹೊಮ್ಮಲಿದೆ ಎನ್ನುವ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸವನ್ನು ಅವರು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
ಪರಿಸರಸ್ನೇಹಿ ಇಂಧನ, ಪರಿಸರ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ, ವಿಶ್ವಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಸುಸ್ಥಿರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಗುರಿಗಳ ಕಡೆಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಅಗ್ರ ಗಮನ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ಪರಿಸರಸ್ನೇಹಿ ಜಲಜನಕ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆಯ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಸಾಕಾರಗೊಳಿಸಲು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರವು ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಆಲೋಚಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ವಿದ್ಯುತ್‌ ಚಾಲಿತ ವಾಹನಗಳ ತಯಾರಿಕೆ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಆಧುನಿಕ ಮಾದರಿಯ ಎಲ್ಲ ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳನ್ನೂ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಮಹಾನಗರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಗಮ ಸಂಚಾರವು ಸವಾಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಂಚಾರ ದಟ್ಟಣೆಯಿಂದ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯ ಮಾನವ ಸಮಯ ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಇದು ಪ್ರತಿಕೂಲ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬೀರುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಜತೆಗೆ ಮಿತಿ ಮೀರಿದ ಮಾಲಿನ್ಯದಿಂದ ಆರೋಗ್ಯದ ಮೇಲೂ ದುಷ್ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಉಂಟಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿವಾರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ವಿದ್ಯುತ್‌ ಚಾಲಿತ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ವ್ಯಾಪಕವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಚಯಿಸುವುದು ಇಂದಿನ ಜರೂರುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅಶ್ವತ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ್ ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದಿಸಿದರು.
ನಮ್ಮ ನಗರಗಳು ಧಾರಣಾಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದರೆ, ಸಂಚಾರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಹೋದರೆ, ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಸ್ತರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಕೂಲ ಸಂದರ್ಭ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿ, ಅನೇಕ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳು ಕೈತಪ್ಪಿ ಹೋಗುವ ಸಂಭವ ಎದುರಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳು ಇಂತಹ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗಮನ ಹರಿಸಿ, ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಕೋರಿದರು.
ಈ ಸಮಾವೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ 800ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ವಾಹನ ತಯಾರಿಕಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಪರಿಣತರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದು, 250ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜನ ವಿಚಾರ ಮಂಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದರ ನೆನಪಿಗೆ ಆಯೋಜಕರು 250 ಸಸಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೆಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿತ್ತು.

Bengaluru: Dr CN Ashwath Narayçan, Minister for IT/BT, said on Thursday, that the state government’s proposed electric vehicle industry hub would house about a 1000 startups.
He was speaking while he participated in the inaugural session of the 10th International mobility conference organised by the Society of Automotive Engineers India (SAEI)
Saying, that the government has already taken several measures to promote the growth of automating sector, he added, that. a total of 5 centre of excellences will be set up to facilitate training, research, development, innovation and entrepreneurship.
The state which is already the preferred destination in IT, BT, semiconductor, electronics would also become a premier hub of electric vehicles in a couple of years, he opined.
Narayan also stated that the government had given importance for eco-friendly fuel, environmental protection as prescribed by the United Nations. Further, he said that the government was seriously considering about starting the production of eco- friendly hydrogen
“Hassle free traffic has become a challenge in metropolitan cities such as Bengaluru which are consistently growing. It is also causing a huge loss in terms of wastage of human time and it is adversely affecting the productive capacity. The impact on health is also of serious concern. Development of modern modes of transport including electric vehicles would help to contain this problems”, Minister told.
The conference has “Sustainable and multimodel transport system development” as its theme of discussion and more than 800 experts have participated. This is said to be the first of its kind of conference to be held in the country. In the conference 250 experts for make their presentations and to mark this 250 saplings were planted.
Mahesh Babu of SAEI, Muniratnam Dhananjayan of Focus Group, K Venkatraj, Vice- President, SAEI, Suhas Gopinath, CEO, Global Inc, CV Raman, CTO, Maruti Suzuk,i Vijay Nirani, Managing Director, MRN Group were among a few who were present.
