ಸಿಂಗಸಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಶ್ ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಚಿವ ಸುಧಾಕರ್, ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು ಬಹಳ ಮುಖ್ಯ. ಈ ಅಡಿಪಾಯವನ್ನು ಬಹಳ ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಬೇಕು. ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಿಎಚ್ ಸಿಗಳನ್ನು ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಿ.ಎಸ್.ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ಬಜೆಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ 250 ಪಿಎಚ್ ಸಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂತಹಂತವಾಗಿ ಮೇಲ್ದರ್ಜೆಗೇರಿಸುವ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಇದು ಕೇವಲ ಕಟ್ಟಡ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಲ್ಲ. ರೋಗಿಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಬರುವ ಕಡೆ, ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಒತ್ತಡವಿರುವ ಕಡೆ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಪಿಎಚ್‍ಸಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಒಬ್ಬರೇ ವೈದ್ಯರು ಇದ್ದರು. ಈ ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಒಬ್ಬ ಪುರುಷ ಹಾಗೂ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮಹಿಳಾ ವೈದ್ಯರನ್ನು ನಿಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ರೀತಿಯ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ತಂದು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಈ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಶ್ ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಸಹಯೋಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸುಮಾರು 2.5 ರೂ ಕೋಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾಷ್ ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಸಿಎಸ್ಆರ್ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 43 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ. ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಉಳ್ಳವರು ಇಲ್ಲದವರಿಗೆ ದಾನ ಕೊಡುವುದು ಒಂದು ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯ. ಈಗ ಸಿಎಸ್ ಆರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ರೀತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಸಿಎಸ್ ಆರ್ ನಡಿ ಎಲ್ಲ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳು ಆದಾಯದಲ್ಲಿ 2% ನಷ್ಟು ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಉಪಯೋಗವಾಗುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿವೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಾಶ್ ಕಂಪನಿಯವರು ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಕೈ ಜೋಡಿಸಬೇಕು. ಸಿಎಸ್ ಆರ್ ನಡಿ ಮಾಡಬಹುದಾದ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ 3,500 ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಒಂದೇ ದಿನ 79 ಸಾವಿರ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ 60 ವರ್ಷ ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವರು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು. ಇದರಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಡ್ಡ ಪರಿಣಾಮವಿಲ್ಲ  ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದರು.

CSR initiatives should contribute more towards improving public healthcare

Bengaluru – March 10, 2021: PHCs are the fundamental building blocks of public healthcare system and our government is taking all out measures to strengthen them, said Health & Medical Education Minister Dr.K.Sudhakar. He was speaking at the inauguration ceremony of Singasandra Primary Health care centre developed under the joint initiative of of Health and Family Welfare Department and BOSCH’s CSR activity on Wednesday.

PHCs play a vital role in rural health system and there is a need to strengthen them. Our government is committed to provide better health care at PHC level. Chief Minister B.S.Yediyurappa has announced to upgrade and modernize 250 PHCs in this budget. Said Dr.Sudhakar.

PHCs are not mere buildings, PHCs must be built at the places where there is more inflow of patients and more people reside. Earlier there used to be one doctor at PHC, but from now onwards there will be both male and female doctors deputed at PHCs said the Minister.

The PHCs at Singasandra and Roopenahalli are built at a cost of about ₹2.5 crore from state health and family welfare department and with a contribution of Rs.78 lakhs from BOSCH’s CSR initiative. Corporates are extending their helping hands for the welfare of society. The CSR act mandates companies to spnd ateast 2% of their three-year annual net profit towards CSR activities in a Financial year, said the Minister. There is a need to discuss about the various initiatives that can be taken up under CSR. BOSCH should involve in more and more of such measures, he insisted.

Vaccination is given at 3,500 centres across the state and on Monday 79,000 were inoculated in single day, which is the highest so far. People above the age of 60 years and people above 45 years with comorbidities  should get the vaccination on priority. There is no adverse effect reported so far, said Dr.Sudhakar.
