ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 15,2021(www.justkannada.in): ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊರೊನಾಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಿಡಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳು ಕೂಡ ಹಾಸಿಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಿಡದಿದ್ದರೆ ಗಂಭೀರ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಕೆ.ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕೋವಿಡ್ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಬಳಿಕ  ಮಾದ್ಯಮಗಳ ಜತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಚಿವ ಸುಧಾಕರ್, 400 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ವೈದ್ಯರನ್ನು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ರಾಜೀವ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಎದೆರೋಗಗಳ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯನ್ನು ಸಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಐಎಲ್‍ಐ ಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಿಡಲು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ವಿಕ್ಟೋರಿಯಾದಲ್ಲಿ 300 ಹಾಸಿಗೆ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಮೀಸಲಿದ್ದು, ಎರಡು ದಿನದೊಳಗೆ 500 ಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿಸಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಬೌರಿಂಗ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ 300 ಹಾಸಿಗೆ, ಚರಕ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ದಿನದೊಳಗೆ 150 ಹಾಸಿಗೆ, ಘೋಷಾ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 100 ಹಾಸಿಗೆ, ಕೆ.ಸಿ.ಜನರಲ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ 100 ಹಾಸಿಗೆ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಿಡಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಚನೆ

ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಗೆ ಹಾಸಿಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಿಡಲು ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕಳೆದ 15 ದಿನಗಳಿಂದ ಕೋರುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ ಕೆಲವು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳು 15-20% ಹಾಸಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ನೀಡಿವೆ. ಇನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಇದನ್ನು ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಿದೆ. ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳು ಎಚ್ಚೆತ್ತುಕೊಳ್ಳದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷದಂತೆಯೇ ಗಂಭೀರ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ನಾನ್ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ರೋಗಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತುರ್ತು ಇರುವವರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ಕೋವಿಡ್ ರೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಸಿಗದಿದ್ದರೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸುಮ್ಮನಿರಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೂ ಈಗ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳು ಸರ್ಕಾರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಿಲ್ಲಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಹೋಟೆಲ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಕೇರ್ ಸೆಂಟರ್ ಆರಂಭಿಸಬೇಕು. ಕಾರ್ಪೊರೇಟ್ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳು ಈ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಗಂಭೀರ ರೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಸಿಎಂಗೆ ವರದಿ

ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ ಅಂದಾಜು, ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾದ ಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಮೊದಲಾದವುಗಳನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸಲಹಾ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ವರದಿ ನೀಡಲಿದೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ಚರ್ಚೆಯಾಗಲಿದೆ. ನಂತರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಚಿತಾಗಾರಗಳ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ಆಯುಕ್ತರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನಿನ್ನೆ 14-15 ಸಾವು ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದೆ. ಅದು ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸಾವಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಒಂದೇ ಚಿತಾಗಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ದಟ್ಟಣೆ ಉಂಟಾಗಿದೆ. ಬೇರೆ ಬೇರೆ ಕಡೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ್ದರೆ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದರು.

ಪಿಜಿ ವ್ಯಾಸಂಗ ಮಾಡಿದವರು ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಿಯಮ ಇದೆ. ಕೆಲವರು ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮೊರೆ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪರವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡುವವರೆಗೂ ಬೇರೆ ಕಡೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡುವ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕಾನೂನು ಇಲಾಖೆಯಿಂದ ಕೂಡ ಸಮ್ಮತಿ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

Dr.Sudhakar warns serious action if Private hospitals do not reserve beds

Bengaluru – April 15, 2021: Government hospitals in Bengaluru are instructed to reserve more beds for Covid patients. Private hospitals have also been instructed to reserve 50% of the beds. Strict action will be initiated against those who do not co-operate with govt, warned Health & medical Education Minister Dr.Sudhakar

Speaking to the media here on Thursday , Dr.Sudhakar said that 400 doctors have been transferred from Medical education department to Health department. RGICD has been kept reserved for SARI and ILI related cases. Presently 300 beds are available in Victoria for Covid patients and will be increased to 500 shortly he said. 300 beds in Bowring, 150 in Charaka, 100 beds in HSIS GHOSHA and 100 beds will be reserved in KC General hospital within two weeks, said the Minister.

Instructions to Private Hospitals

Private hospitals have been requested to reserve 50% of beds for Covid patients. But private hospitals have reserved only 15-20% of what has been asked for. Government will consider it as serious lapse. Strict measures will be initiated if they do not follow the government orders. Only critical non-Covid patients who need hospitalisation should be treated in hospitals. Government can not keep quiet if Covid patients are denied treatment. I once again appeal to the private hospitals to cooperate with the government said the Minister.

Private hospitals can arrange Covid care centres at hotels. Only critical patients to be admitted to hospitals said Dr.Sudhakar.

Report to Chief Minister

Technical advisory committee will be it’s submitting report on increasing Covid cases and containment measures. The report will be handed over to the CM and he will take the decision after a detailed discussion with leaders in the all party meeting and cabinet colleagues.

I have discussed the crematorium issue with BBMP commissioner. 14-15 fatalities were reported yesterday. All of them were sent to single crematorium since they were covid cases. That is the reason for congestion, he clarified.

Speaking on the KMC registration issue of MBBS students he said rural service is mandatory for all medical students. Some students have appealed in the court. We understand the plight of students and government has taken the decision in favour of students. They are permitted to work else where till they are recruited. They have been asked to get clearance from legal department as well, he added.
