ನವದೆಹಲಿ,ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್,19,2022(www.justkannada.in):  ಎಐಸಿಸಿ ನೂತನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಯಕ ಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾರ್ಜುನ ಖರ್ಗೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಎಐಸಿಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ  ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 17ರಂದು ನಡೆದಿದ್ದ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯ ಫಲಿಂತಾಶ ಇಂದು ಪ್ರಕಟವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಯಕ ಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾರ್ಜುನ ಖರ್ಗೆ ಅವರು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಈ ಮೂಲಕ 24ವರ್ಷದ ಬಳಿಕ ಗಾಂಧೀಯೇತರ ನಾಯಕನಿಗೆ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಪಟ್ಟ ದಕ್ಕಿದೆ. ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾರ್ಜುನ ಖರ್ಗೆ ಅವರು 7897 ಮತಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಗೆಲುವು ಸಾಧಿಸಿದರೇ ಶಶಿ ತರೂರ್ ಅವರು 1072 ಮತ ಪಡೆದು ಸೋಲನುಭವಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.  ನೂತನ ಎಐಸಿಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾರ್ಜುನ ಖರ್ಗೆಗೆ ಶಶಿತರೂರ್ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

The election for the new AICC President was held on October 17, and the results were announced today. Veteran Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge has been elected as the new President.
He is the first person out of the Gandhi family to adorn the coveted post after 24 years. While Kharge earned 7897 votes, his opponent Shashi Tharoor earned 1072 votes and tasted failure.
