Like Police Dept. administrative changes made to Excise Dept.

Bengaluru, Dec. 30, 2020 (www.justkannada.in): The Excise Secretariat has issued orders implementing administrative changes to the Excise Department like in the Police Department, under the leadership of Excise Minister H. Nagesh.
The designations of Excise Inspector and Excise Senior Inspectors have been changed as Excise Constable and Excise Head Constable respectively, according to a press release issued by Manjula Nataraj, Under Secretary to the Govt., Finance Department (Excise).
Administratively it is a significant move taken by Excise Minister H. Nagesh, and it will be very special for the staff who are serving in the Excise Department. With this change, the Excise Minister has paved way for a revolutionary change.
The Excise Department staff have started thanking the Minister who has already proposed for change in salaries and appointments.
