KPCC Spokesperson M. Lakshman alleges State Govt. of purchasing extra power to get commission

Speaking to the press persons at a press meet held at the Indira Gandhi Congress Bhavana in Mysuru today he criticized the State Government for involving in corrupt practices. “There is more supply than demand for power in the state as of now. Even though the government is purchasing additional power from other states for want of commission,” he said.
Further he alleged that the government has been purchasing power like this from the last 15 months, causing a huge loss of Rs.15,000 crore to the state exchequer.
