Having 56″ chest is not enough, you should have a heart of wiping farmers’ tears: Siddu

Bengaluru, Jan. 27, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): Following the farmers’ protest against the Central Govt.’s new farm laws and the violence that took place in Delhi on Republic Day, former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his adamant attitude.
Speaking to the presspersons in Bengaluru today, the leader of opposition in the Assembly Siddarmaiah said, “Farmers are protesting from many days without hesitation of heat and cold. People say Prime Minister Modi has 56″ chest. It is not enough if you have just that you should have a heart in it, you should have a character of wiping the tears of farmers.”
“Narendra Modi has promised industrialists Ambani and Adani that the Central Govt. would not withdraw the new farm laws hence, he is behaving like this. The Prime Minister is a slave of those industrialists. Conducting talks with the farmers is just a drama. You all know what happened even after conducting 11 meetings with the farmers. Do you need to discuss 11 times to solve the problem?” he said.
