Govt. officials who won’t receive public calls will have to face action

Bengaluru, October 12, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): The State Government has decided to teach the officials who won’t receive phone calls from people.
The government has warned all the Deputy Commissioners, Tahasildars, and Revenue Inspectors to compulsorily receive phone calls of the public, and address their grievances, and take necessary action without fail.
Tushar Girinath, Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, has issued a circular in this regard and has asked all the department officials to develop a cordial relationship with the people.covid-dead-body-cancels-license-order-state-government
Officials of the Revenue Department like the Village Accountants, Revenue Inspectors, Deputy Tahasildars, Tahasildar, Assistant Commissioners will always be in constant touch with the people and elected representatives. Hence, they should always be ready to receive public phone calls and address grievances.
