From Govt. to CAT: Covid management decisive at this time

Mysuru, Dec. 23, 2020 (www.justkannada.in): The advocate representing Mysuru DC Rohini Sindhoori has submitted relevant information to the affidavit submitted by the Government, to the CAT defending its move of transferring Rohini Sindhoori as the Deputy Commissioner and has requested CAT to reject the application submitted by transferred DC B. Sharath.
‘JustKannada.in’ has the document submitted by the advocate representing Mysuru Deputy Commissioner Rohini Sindhoori to the CAT on December 22. Details of COVID management during both the DCs have been mentioned in the details. Also it is mentioned how important is COVID management at this crucial hour.
There were 2711 active COVID cases as as on 24.08.2020 i.e. before Sharath took over as the Deputy Commissioner of Mysuru. But the number of active cases increased to7110 on 30.09.2020, after B. Sharath took over the charge.
Mysuru thus had reached second place after BBMP in terms of number of COVID cases. After Rohini Sindhoori took over as the Deputy Commissioner she successfully brought the situation under control, resulting in a decline in the number of COVID positive cases to 1,437, as per the details. Presently there are only 337 cases in Mysuru District.
