ತಮ್ಮ ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ಡಿನೋಟಿಫೈ ಪ್ರಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಆದೇಶ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿ ಮಾಜಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಬಿಎಸ್ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಗೆ ಮೇಲ್ಮನವಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ಧರು. ದೀಪಾವಳಿ ಬಳಿಕ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂಕೋರ್ಟ್ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಲಿದ್ದು, ತನ್ನ ಹೊರತಾದ ಪೀಠದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ಸಿಜೆಐ ಯುಯು ಲಲಿತ್ ಅವರು ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮುಂದಿನ ತಿಂಗಳು ಸಿಜೆಐ ಯುಯು ಲಲಿತ್ ಅವರು ನಿವೃತ್ತರಾಗುವ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ ಬೇರೆ ಪೀಠಕ್ಕೆ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ದೇವನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ 26 ಎಕರೆ ಡಿನೋಟಿಫೈ ಮಾಡಿದ ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಜಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಬಿಎಸ್ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕೇಳಿಬಂದಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತ ಆಲಂ ಪಾಷ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

Denotification case against BSY and Nirani: CJI U.U. Lalith steps back from trial
New Delhi, October 14, 2022 (www.justkannada.in): Supreme Court Chief Justice U.U. Lalith has stepped back from hearing of the denotification case against Karnataka’s former Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa and Minister Murugesh NIrani.
Former CM BSY had appealed before the Hon’ble Supreme Court questioning the High Court’s judgement in the denotification case against him. The SC will conduct the trial after Deepawali. Hon’ble CJI U.U. Lalith has informed that the hearing will be held in the bench without him.
The CJI U.U. Lalith is retiring next month. It is said that hence the case has been transferred to another bench. Former CM is facing allegations in the denotification of 26 acre case in Devanahalli Industrial area. Social activist Alam Pasha had submitted an appeal in the Hon’ble court in this regard.
