ಪಠ್ಯ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆ ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ: ಸಿಎಂ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆಗೆ ಡಿಕೆಶಿ ಆಗ್ರಹ.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಜೂನ್,9,2022(www.justkannada.in): ರೋಹಿತ್ ಚಕ್ರತೀರ್ಥ ಸಮತಿ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಪಠ್ಯ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆ ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸುವಂತೆ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಾಯಕರು ಇಂದು ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದ ಬಳಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ  ನಡೆಸಿದರು.

ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆ ಬಳಿ ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಪಕ್ಷ ನಾಯಕ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಾಯಕರು ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಪಠ್ಯಪುಸ್ತಕ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆ ಹಿಂಪಡೆಯುವಂತೆ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದರು.

ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ವೇಳೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿ ಆಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಡಿ.ಕೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್, ಪಠ್ಯ ಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹನೀಯರಿಗೆ ಅವಮಾನ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ನಾರಾಯಣಗುರು, ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್, ಬಸವಣ್ಣ, ಕುವೆಂಪು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವು ಮಹಾನ್ ನಾಯಕರ ಕುರಿತ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಮೊಟಕುಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅನಗತ್ಯ ವಿಚಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗೊಂದಲ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಹೊಸ ಪಠ್ಯ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಕೈಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹಳೆಯ ಪಠ್ಯವನ್ನೇ ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು  ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು.

ನಮ್ಮ ಹೋರಾಟ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯದ ಪರವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜನರ ಸ್ವಾಭಿಮಾನದ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ. ಕೂಡಲೇ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನೂತನ ಪಠ್ಯ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಹಿಂಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು. ಹಳೆಯ ಪಠ್ಯವನ್ನೇ ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಬೇಕು. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆರ್ ಎಸ್ ಎಸ್ ಅಜೆಂಡಾ ನಮಗೆ ಬೇಡವೇ ಬೇಡ. ಸಿಎಂ ಬಸವರಾಜ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಡಿ.ಕೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದರು.

Congress protest opposing revision of school textbook: D.K. Shivakumar demands CM Bommai’s resignation
Bengaluru, June 9, 2022 (www.justkannada.in): Leaders of the Congress today staged a demonstration in front of the Vidhana Soudha demanding the State Government to cancel the textbook revision undertaken by the committee led by Rohith Chakrateertha.
In his address, KPCC President D.K. Shivakumar criticized that the school textbook revision committee has insulted the leaders like Narayanguru, Ambedkar, Basavanna, Kuvempu and others. Efforts are made to include unnecessary things in the textbook in order to create confusion among the children and demanded the government to drop the revision plan and continue the old syllabus.
