ಬಜೆಟ್ ಮಂಡನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, 16.5 ಲಕ್ಷ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಕೃಷಿ ಸಾಲ ನೀಡುವಿಕೆ ಗುರಿ ಹೊಂದಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಗಳಿಗೆ 20 ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಮರುಪೂರಣ. ಕೃಷಿ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳಿಗೆ ಎಂಎಸ್ ಪಿ ನೀಡಲು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಎಂದರು.
ಕೃಷಿ, ಕೃಷಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆಗೆ ಒತ್ತು ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಎಲ್ ಐಸಿಯ ಷೇರುಗಳು ಷೇರುಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ. ಕೃಷಿಕರ ಆದಾಯ ದ್ವಿಗುಣಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ. ಧಾನ್ಯ ಖರೀದಿಗೆ 10.500 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಅನುದಾನ ಮೀಸಲು. ಪಶುಸಂಗೋಪನೆ, ಮೀನುಗಾರಿಕೆಗೆ 40 ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಭತ್ತ ಬೆಳೆಗಾರರಿಗೆ 1ಲಕ್ಷದ 72 ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಅನುದಾನ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ . ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಮೋದಿ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಾಮಿತ್ವ ಯೋಜನೆ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆ ಹಾಳಾಗುವ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗೆ 22 ಕೃಷಿ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆ. ಎಪಿಎಂಸಿಗಳ ಸಬಲೀಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಕ್ರಮ. ಒಂದು ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಹಕ್ಕು ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

New Delhi, Feb.1, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman announced stress on agriculture and agriculture related labourers, releasing of LIC shares in stock market and Govt. of India plan to double farmers income.
• The Government has aimed at disbursing a sum of Rs.16.5 lakh crore agricultural loans, recapitalisation of state-owned banks with an outlay of Rs 20,000 crore, MSP to agriculture implements.
• A sum of Rs.10,500 crore has been allocated for purchasing food grains, and a sum of Rs.40,000 crore for animal husbandry and fisheries.
• A sum of Rs. 1.72 lakh crore is allocated for paddy growers.
• Inclusion of 22 agricultural products in the list of exhaustible goods.
• Measures to strengthen APMCs
• More than 1 lakh rural people to get property rights.
